I did my 24-hour cool-down self advice. I'm still upset that a patient can make an appointment and still wait to be seen over 40 minutes. Along with the fact that two other people coming in afterwards and being taken in front of me.

As a Deaf patient, Dr. Shukla and her team were awesome taking their time to communicate with me in writing and making sure I understood my dental procedures. I would recommend my friends and family to them.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The service was great and the staff put me at ease. I’m usually afraid to go to the dentist but I felt good being there. Thank you for your service.

I’ve been coming to the Dental Associates of South Ridge for 20+ years and would recommend this dental office to anyone! Dr. Boinpally and her team are friendly, attentive and truly cares about any dental concerns that you may have! The cleaning is amazing, especially hygienist Nancy who is always thorough and kind!

Not thrilled on the 72 hour policy to cancel. Life happens things happen where you just can’t cancel in that time frame. It’s beyond ridiculous.
