Dental Associates of Delaware-Hockessin

I make the 1.5 hour drive to see them. They are great front to back. Receptionists are super helpful, hygienists are thorough and great to work with, and the dentists are truly talented. I am mostly a client that just requires cleaning however more recent experience required fillings and crowns.

The staff here are all welcoming and friendly, and the waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Dr. DeFord did a great job on my fillings, and Rachelle helped me understand the insurance and cost aspects.

Everyone was very kind, inviting and knowledgeable! I’m one of those people who love going to the dentist so I had a great time! Pricing is awesome for the care they provide!

This was the first time I was there, and wow was I impressed! They took their time, took exceptional care of me, and I even received a call from Dr. Dua the next day to make sure I was okay! Wow!!!!!!! I have told my family and friends all about them… I highly recommend this dental office!

I have been going to DAD -Hockessin years, decades. They have taken care of my whole family. Not only are they experts at dental care, they are family friendly. I don't mean that they take all ages, I mean that they understand special needs of the family. My brother is IDD and wouldn't, doesn't, understand the concept of " don't chew on your left side" he doesn't understand the concept of no hot foods. So instead of insisting he gets a cap or implant they did what was best for my brother and the most comfortable for him. To explain this in terms of money... I gladly pay of pocket for the care DAD-Hockessin provides my brother. Ellen has been his hygienist for years, Tamie has been mine. Rochelle is the payment coordinator and when cash has been a bit tight she gladly has offered plans One more thing, Are tired of having to other people's work in trying to get answers to your questions about your dental care? I never had that problem at DAD-Hockessin. Their instructions are clear and easy to follow if they think you need to talk to your insurance and they truly to get estimate of benefits before hand.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Dua and the Hockessin office. The entire team is kind, caring, and incredibly understanding of my dental anxiety. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming, stress-free environment. I’m grateful to have found such a compassionate and professional dental team!

Always courteous staff. Dr. Deford and her assitant kept me informed and comfortable during my crown replacement procedure. The icing on the cake was I found out my broken crown was covered under their 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend Dental Associates of Delaware-Hockessin.
