Jess is not good. I recommend seeing anyone but Jess to clean your teeth. Jess gossips while cleaning your teeth and takes breaks so you can respond which makes the actual cleaning take a full hour, not including X-rays. Then because they’re behind, the doctor never came to see me. Jess also told me things were covered by my insurance but they were not and provided the service even after I said “I do not want anything that is not covered by insurance today”. She tries to sell you on products. The front desk tried to charge me and I refused. Dr. Johnston is awesome but I haven’t seen her in over a year because either the dentist doesn’t see me or I see someone random?

The staff are all very professional and pleasant. They work very hard to put patients at ease and do a wonderful job at staying on schedule and explaining all procedures ahead of time. Scheduling is a breeze and the confirmation process is quick and easy. As a retired dental professional myself I am very particular about where I receive my dental care and I have finally found an office I am comfortable going too.
