I arrived early to my first appointment and due to a cancellation I was allowed to the back and placed in a dental chair. The hygienist introduced herself and explained my plan of care for today. I reclined in the chair for X-rays while she charted her findings per computer. The hygienist then cleaned and polished my teeth. Dr. Papania came into the room examined the X-rays and explained my plan of care. I was then walked to the insurance clerk who spoke with me about my insurance coverage. I was really impressed by the professional staff and the doctor. I will return shortly to complete my therapy.
