Went for a regular cleaning at 10 am. I arrived 10 min early to the front desk personnel aimlessly starring at their nails. I was the only one in the waiting area. They sent some forms to my phone that I need to fill out. I sat down and filled them out. More people began to arrive and I waited and waited. Until 1040 when I was called to have xrays done and by then the waiting room was packed. In the time I was waiting I overhead a front desk woman respond rudely to a patient about forms. She seemed stressed and agitated. After my xrays I was told to go into a room in which I waiting until 1120 for the dentist. I was checked for 2 minutes and was told someone from the front desk would come talk to me about what each procedure would cost me. When the front desk person came in she informed me the basic teeth cleaning I was going for wasn't enough so the dentist recommended a deep cleaning which would cost me $400. I was shocked and asked if I could have the cleaning the insurance covered and I would be back for the other procedures in the future. She said she would ask the doctor. Ask soon as she left the dental assistant entered and said I could leave or she could get me another appointment. I said I was waiting for an answer about my deep cleaning being changed to the basic cleaning from the front desk person I spoke to. She just looked at me and nodded no. I said what? She said, he won't do the basic clean. It just all seemed a bit odd. I don't think I need a deep cleaning so I'm getting a second opinion but if I do I am not giving this place my money. It seems like they are just out to making money. I left this place feeling like they are very unprofessional and my time and business does not mattering. I will definitely not be back and if I could I would rate no stars. I chose this place due to closeness to my home but I regret it.

I am usually a positive reviewer (look below) but I need to warn people about this dentist office that feels like a CTA train stop.1. It is chaotic! They clearly overbook, because of this staff is running around and are incredibly burnt out.2. It's very dirty. Walls are deeply scuffed, dust is on chairs and furniture and paperwork is laying out. Everything seems greasy for some reason too.3. Dental staff have to be so quick so they have to be rough. It physically hurts to get anything done. I had a cleaning and cavities filled.4. Everyone is outwardly complaining and coming and going into the room to talk to staff while they are working on YOU!5. The front desk staff outright blame each other for lost files and then yell at each other in front of clients. I was convinced they were going to "Throw hands" but then they burst into laughter... Not the best feeling when everyone's already on edge.This is a good place to be traumatized and a good reason to avoid cleanings and get cavities instead. I've been to free dental clinics from a van as a homeless youth that had more dignity and kindness than this place. There is absolutely no reason to run a business like this...ever.

Dr. Deepa Bhatt is absolutely the best! She is friendly, thorough, and truly knows what she’s doing. I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but after seeing her, I realize I just hadn’t been to the right one. She makes me feel at ease every time I visit, whether it's for a routine cleaning, a deep cleaning, or even crowning. My experiences have been almost pain-free, which is such a relief!!! She’s also great with kids—she knows exactly how to make them feel comfortable and not afraid. My kids love her! I highly recommend Dr. Bhatt to anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled dentist who truly cares about your comfort and well-being.
