Dental 32

This was my first time in a dental office in 5 years so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The office is in a renovated historical building next to a wooden train bridge wrapped in ivy, so it was beautiful. But besides aesthetics what I care about is the quality of the care, during my 5 year dental hiatus I didn’t prioritize my dental health as much as I should have and developed some cavities. I usually don’t like going to the dentist unless I have to, but I have to say I really enjoyed my experience here. They practice dentistry at an extremely high level, my dental hygienist’s name was Emily and she was great, I work in research so I appreciate her attention to detail and quality work, and she was a great conversationalist, so thank you Emily. My dentist’s name was Dr. Eddleman and she made me not stress about the cavities, and already booked me an appointment to fix them this week. I even got a handwritten thank you card from Gianna, it’s nice getting something that someone actually put effort into rather than just an electronic copy/paste email. So I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next dental appointment at Dental32.

Dr. Hieger is the best! I have been seen for regular care and small emergencies as a Dental32 client for years. You can expect great communications, helpful staff, plus smart payment processing with Insurance, all in a clean, fresh and happy environment. The music is always great, too! Make these pros your dentists, ASAP. You will be so happy you did.

Let me preface this by saying that I hate going to the dentist. Anything that has to do with my teeth gives me anxiety and I will literally put off going if at all possible. Having said that, this place is fantastic. Dr. Truong and every single staff member I have interacted with at Dental32 are so friendly and accommodating. They give so many options to make this stressful experience more comfortable, ranging from sedation options, to headphones with music, and blankets. They are also very helpful in explaining everything that they observe and the plan of action moving forward. After my first procedure the doctor was great about doing a follow-up to make sure everything was going well on my end. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely continue to be a patient at this dental office.

I’ve been going to Dr. T since he first opened Dental 32 and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! He and the entire staff really go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I actually look forward to my appointments, which not many people can say about going to the dentist. I’m not someone who has a dentist phobia, but would highly recommend Dental 32 for anyone who does because of how accommodating and friendly everyone is. Also the location is super cute and gives NYC loft vibes instead of your typical boring dentist office!

Had an emergency broken tooth and within calling them at 0730, I was getting a root canal at 0845. Had great dental assistants and the dentist was very thoughtful and pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone.
