I really wanted to like this office but after three appointments I’ve decided I don’t. The first visit went great, it was a cleaning. The hygienist is awesome. The dentist saw me at the end and she was so nice and I thought things would be great from there. My filling appointment came, I sat 50 minutes after I was scheduled before being given anesthetic. Then another half hour after that. When she did the fillings, she was in a rush and I didn’t get a mirror to check them. I went to the bathroom to check before I left because they were my front two teeth. The color was off and the shape was weird. She was with another patient so she had the assistant try and fix it. Then she came in and tried to fix it. It was better but not great and we decided to fix it at the next appointment. I sat and cried in the car because I had been so excited to finally get the staining gone, but now I felt that my teeth looked worse. I came in to get my sealants done and I also made an appointment to see the doctor about my front teeth fillings. She seemed in a rush again, so I asked if we could schedule for another day because I didn’t want the same result. I have decided to cancel that appointment. I don’t trust that she will not once again be in a rush because 2/3 appointments have been that way. I am too scared to end up with worse front teeth. I called to cancel and discuss this with the staff but when I said I wasn’t sure if I was going to get these done at the office because I didn’t like how they turned out, the person just said “I’m sorry to hear that, call when you’re ready” and that was it. I’m looking for an office that takes the time to hear patient concerns, but even more so to not rush through appointments.

I recently had my first visit to Dellagio Dentist, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel at ease. The hygienist was thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all my questions. Her gentle approach and attention to detail were truly impressive ensuring my comfort throughout the cleaning. Overall, my experience at Dellagio Dentist was outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Conibear and her staff are the best! I am always seen promptly, treated with genuine care, and they all work hard to ensure that I have the best possible outcome. They are awesome!

Dr. Conibear and her team are amazing!!! No matter how busy they are, they give you the same attention and bedside manner as if you were their first patient of the day. They listen to my concerns and make sure I understand my procedure from beginning to end. I drive 40 min to be seen in this office. Definitely recommend the Dr. Phillips office of Dellagio Dentist.

I love this place. They offer excellent service high tech and friendly staffs from the front desk to the doctor. They made me feel very comfortable and happy with the service and treatment plan. I had the best experience ever and I recommend this dentist to everyone I know. I wish I had known this dentist sooner.

Very professional office and I felt I found a new dentist that I can trust. Jamie and Neisha took very good care of me. This office has the latest technology in taking full mouth X-Rays and 3D imaging of my teeth and my dental issues. I’m looking forward to my next appointment

What a sad day it is to write this review. What I can say, overall the work and professionalism by the dentist and her dental staff is phenomenal, no complaints there at all. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the office staff and the billing department. After a procedure, I was coerced in believing I should "pay the full amount" then my insurance check would arrive and I would receive a refund in "2 weeks" After speaking to my insurance company, that is not standard procedure and never should have happened. It has now been over TWO months since the start of this procedure and my refund still has not arrived. I have been lied to and mislead about this refund every time I call. Just today I have been told the insurance check has come in and it will be another "six weeks" until the refund is processed and sent back to me, when the women I spoke to face to face in the office last time I was there said. "an immediate refund can go back on your credit card" I was told today by yet another women, "that is not true and not our procedure. It is quite unfortunate as like I said the Dentist herself is great, but after two months of this, I can say I will never spend another cent at this office.
