Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your dental needs. This place is a joke. I was told I had 12 cavities and needed a deep cleaning. They tried to charge me before hand just to make an appointment. It all seemed sketchy to me so I went and got a second opinion…I have 2 cavities and only needed a regular cleaning…INSANE.

Judy at the desk does an amazing job???? She is so friendly and efficient. The place is very clean and organized. The Dentist did an awesome job too with the x-rays of my broken tooth on 2/20/24 for 12:30 pm appointment. ????

I had HMO dental through Cigna. He had me pay the $2000 bill instead of billing the company. I have contacted the office 3 times by phone and stopped by once to get a detailed receipt so I can get reimbursed from Cigna. He also put in a crown. It did not fit properly and when I told him, he told me I had to learn to live with it instead of having it sent back to be remade for a proper fit. I unfortunately recommended him to my sister. Sorry I sent him any business.

They told me the night before my appointment that my new insurance wasn't going through. Said I had to pay $150 for their diamond plan or I wouldn't be seen, and if I didn't cancel, I'd have to pay $15. It was a glitch on my insurance's end that I clarified the next day with my employer and my new insurance. Had the insurance company call the dental office to confirm, yes, I have insurance. The receptionist still said I had to wait seven days for an appointment and would have to reschedule for another month out, despite seeing and holding physical proof of my insurance. I'm going to take my dental business elsewhere. This is after having them call me to remind me of my appointment the same day of my appointment last time, which resulted in a $15 charge. The actual dentist is good, but dealing with the receptionist and their awful organization is like pulling teeth.

I'll be honest. Dentist was kind, but there are concerning sanitary issues. Cubicles are not clean. Employees/dentist lack disinfectant wipes (if they do, they don't use them). Nothing in the cubicle (including chairs) are cleaned after a patient has been there. If that's the case, what about the equipment..? Dentist does not really feel like doing his job (cleanings last approximately 5 minutes). Receptionist is sometimes rude over the phone, but okay in person.

Not the fanciest dental office I’ve ever been to but the receptionist Judy was very nice, and the doc was kind and knowledgeable. The cleaning was faster than expected but I left with my mouth feeling nice and clean. I had an overall positive experience.
