Deer Springs Modern Dentistry

This is my 3rd visit and the staff is extremely nice. I have 1 dentist and 1 surgeon and the are both very nice. The repair I had today was most excellent. I have my smile back

I love this office! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wait time is quick. And they clearly go over costs ahead of time so you know what your insurance covers and what you will pay out of pocket. Special thanks to Dr Calder for his time and expertise. Amazing oral surgeon! He did 8 extractions at once on my 13 year old. Procedure and aftercare were explained in detail and minimal pain during recovery because of this surgeon’s knowledge and experience.

I’ve been coming to this office for the past few months. The front desk staff is very friendly and sweet. The Doctors and hygienist are amazing very knowledgeable and does a great job. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come to this office.

Since becoming a patient here, I have consistently experienced delays of 20 minutes or more past my scheduled appointment time, despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested. Additionally, during my appointments, I often wait another 20 minutes or so. On one occasion, the dentist joked about forgetting to come into work early, despite having patients scheduled. Leaving me to wait a total of 45 minutes before actually seeing the dentist. This demonstrates a lack of respect for our time as patients, as well as a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and punctuality, especially considering the strict policy on appointment cancellations if we are late. Not too pleased.

My appointment was at 1pm. I came in here for my annual cleaning. They had to do X-rays which is fine because it’s my first time at this location. But after that I thought I was going to have my teeth clean. They had me wanting until 3:30!!!!!! And asked me if I wanted to come back?! I was so pissed off!!! Why couldn’t they have just said that a long time ago? Instead I wasted my time here!!

Dr Lee at Deer Springs Modern Dentistry is absolutely the best! The entire office is so professional, polite, personal, and makes the experience seem less. I have been going here for at least 10 years now and they have always treated me very well. The treatment has always been excellent and I'm enjoying getting my teeth cleaned and the visit. If you need a dentist I highly recommend Dr Lee and his staff.

I just went in today for a checkup on my teeth and everyone at this dentistry were so kind to me! There was this sweet, young woman named Andrea (I think?) who helped me through my checkup and made it clear to me the processes that were taking place! Overall, it was a wonderful environment, and with wonderful staff!

I highly recommend this office, everyone is so nice and knowledgeable, from the front desk to the assistants. I saw Dr. Tran today and I had a great experience, a special thank you to Andrea, his dental assistant who made me feel really comfortable and has great hand skills. I will definitely come back! Had an absolutely amazing experience at Deer Springs. The staff were so helpful and experienced. Liz, Andrea, and Dr. Tran did an amazing job and making me feel welcomed and appreciated during my appointment. I will be recommending Deer Springs to everyone I know!

I saw Dr Tran. He is the greatest dentist I have ever worked with. He handled my teeth with finesse. He has a great personality too. Very funny guy. 10/10 would recommend him!!!
