Dr. Leslie and the rest of his staff are some of the nicest and quickest professionals I've had the opportunity of experiencing in my life. There were small flaws I experienced in the past, but when I came back, I noticed a lot has changed and they're better now than ever! The in and out time of this office, even sometimes on a busy day, is amazing if you take good care of your teeth. Im talking under 20 minutes. Dr. Leslie is a really cheerful and calm guy, and he works hard to identify and fix small concerns before they turn into big, costly problems. I had a small cavity once that could've been missed if you weren't looking for it, and before I even came for a visit, I had a no prior pain in that tooth so I had no clue it was there. He easily and painlessly got it filled in under 20 minutes.Thanks guys!

I was very disappointed with the service I received. It was back in 2020. Upon my arrival I was never greeted when I entered the office. I was seated for quite some time before the receptionist even acknowledged me and not even with a greeting rather a "Do I have an appointment? ". I should have followed my instincts and walked out of the door but I answered her questions and filled in the paperwork. The staff was not very professional nor were they even friendly. Terrible bedside manners. My entire cleaning was unpleasant and painful. They never asked me how I was feeling and said nothing to make me feel comfortable. Afterwards I left but returned to have a filling and was referred to another Dr. within their network in B'ham for extractions. They called me before my appointment and assured me everything was on GO. I made the drive there for my extractions but when I got there they were asking for an additional $400 in addition to the $2000 plus my insurance had already paid before any services were rendered. I said no and called my insurance company in their office. I was told that my insurance coveraged the entire procedure but they insisted on the extra money. I traveled back to Montgomery without my extractions and never returned to their Montgomery office. They billed and were paid by my insurance for services they had Never even perform! ? I'd give negative stars, if possible. As a long time patient, I regularly complained of pain in my rear teeth. In November of 2018 the pain got intense and I had a small swelling in my rear gum. I promptly went to see Dr. Pendleton. X-rays were done and I was told that I did not have a dental problem. As the week went on, the swelling and pain got worse. I went to my family physician and to American Family Care. All doctors besides Dr. Pendleton felt that it was dental... but since he said it wasn't, they kept trying to figure out what else it could be. Within less than one week of my visit to Dr. Pendleton, I could not sleep, breathe, swallow, or drink and had to be taken to the emergency room where I was immediately taken to emergency surgery and admitted for 4 days. It was found that I had a dental related abscess. The tooth ended up having to be removed and was found to be cracked in half. Dr. Pendleton sent me a bill for my visit and also for a procedure related to my daughter (also lost a tooth due to misdiagnoses). I refused to pay it and he pursued the $138 (or so) in court. I had no clue that you had to have an expert witness to claim malpractice (hint hint, if you plan to sue him you can't win without one). I did not win the case... but with the strong moral values that he boasts, I figured maybe he would have some sort of conscience over this whole mess. Nope! I just checked my bank account and it has been garnished by Dr. Pendleton for $531.92 (so far)… no notice that the money would be taken was given. Use my cash as a bookmark in your Bible Dr. P. Sleep well knowing the pain and financial hardship you've caused.

Could not have had worse experience. Every single time I’ve gone in for an appointment there is no one to greet me at the desk, and when they do notice/see me, they still don’t speak to me. It’s almost unbelievable except for the fact it’s happened at least 5 times. There is one nurse who may be one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I can’t stand that I fill out a patient intake form with my personal details at the front desk and no one comes to get it, so the next person that walks in sees my (should be) confidential information. It’s honestly the strangest experience and so unlike any other medical practice I’ve ever been to. I found a new dentist in pike road in the waters who has a staff that is kind and thorough, patient, and do a phenomenal job. I would recommend to anyone to go anywhere else besides Dr Leslie’s office. I only posted this review because the doctors office emailed me and asked for one. So here it is.

Dr. Leslie is a wonderful doctor and listens to all worries and concerns patiently. The whole staff are truly amazing people and very nice and patient as well!
