Dana Point Smiles

I walked in to ask a couple of questions and I was greeted with warmth and openness. Both Liz and Cadence were very sweet and answered all of my questions. They provided me with the information I needed to make the best decision for my teeth. They also were very accommodating when working around my complex schedule. Thank you both again, and I’m so happy I came in!! :)

Wow! What an awesome experience. I had an emergency dental issue and my dentist was out of town. I called Dana Point Smiles and spoke with Liz. Even though they were booked for the day she asked for my number so she could talk to the doctor. I received a call back shortly with an appointment time. I went in very anxious because I’ve had a lot of dental work and trauma in the past. They were so compassionate and kind. I was immediately relaxed. I was treated with much respect. Amber and Candace were very helpful when I explained my dentist being out of town and what I needed. They relayed my questions and concerns to the doctor before I went back to see him. From the moment he came in the room I was completely calm and knew they were going to do their best to help me. Not only did they help me, but they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Shalaby to anyone with not only an emergency but as dentist. He was very kind and most of all very informative. He explained every detail. I was even informed of things I didn’t know. I thought I knew pretty much everything I would need to know with all of the dental work I’ve had done. And staff was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised. I believe and hope anyone who chooses to go here will feel the same. What a true blessing!

I love this dental office. It was Monday morning and I needed to see a dentist today and they happily were able to offer me two different appointment times. My wait time was less than five minutes. The dentist is so courteous and the front desk receptionist is top-notch, very friendly and extremely helpful.

Great first visit with my son and Dr. Tamer Shalaby and his phenomenal staff, both front office and back office! We are very happy!

Very grateful to the team at Dana Point Smiles and to Dr. Shalaby for fitting me in to reattach my retainers after eating some too hard granola!! I called and they fit me in within a hour! Feels so much better!! Thank you DPS!!
