Dakota Dental 4 Kids

The scheduling personnel have no respect for the client’s schedule. I had to reschedule twice for this appointment. And I ended up having to take a day off work to bring my son. Then nothing got done or decided. So I’m going to have to go back once again. I’m praying getting an appointment won’t be as hard as this time. No we do not have dental insurance so basically nothing was done so I took off work and kept my son out of school for nothing. If you have a business that is for kids. Shouldn’t you be willing to work with their schedule? We don’t have dental insurance so my husband and I were prepared but nothing was done. That is so frustrating. If the dentist wasn’t so highly recommended by our referring therapist we would be going elsewhere. I’m hoping our next time won’t be as bad but so far not looking good. I’m giving two stars because my son enjoyed the lobby and the little games.

First time being here and I am just so pleased with our experience. My daughter is very shy and was nervous at first, but they have her talking and having fun. I highly suggest them for your kiddos.

The staff is always so nice to everyone. Great place for all your child's dental needs.

They have the most amazing staff there, I have never had a bad experience. They’re all so kind and AMAZING with kids of all ages, they go above and beyond to make the patient and parents feel welcomed and cared about and heard!

Dakota dental 4 kids is amazing. They are so patient and friendly. I love that you can always go back with your kids and they explain everything and never make you feel uncomfortable. ALL the staff are so friendly and just truly awesome.

It’s always a great experience at Dakota Dental. The staff are positive, patient, and so great with my girls! The dentists are knowledgeable and trust them!
