Daily Dental Belle Meade

Been a patient here for several years but quality has gone done in the last year. Have made appointments and they’ve gotten canceled the day before. Went recently for a cleaning and was told I needed to pay a co-pay. For a preventive service? Three staff had to figure out that my last cleaning was a deep cleaning and they assumed I’d need one now. Why assume that? And if it’s a lifetime issue why not alert a patient that they will need to pay a co-pay before they arrive so one can be prepared. Just insensitive and unprofessional.

Easy to schedule appointments online. Great hours for those that work during the day. The hygenist was thorough and didn't try to upsale me on anything. I left with a new toothbrush, floss and toothpaste. I was pleasantly surprised since I thought most dentist stopped doing this. At least the last three I've seen over the years have. The hygenist wore a mask but the front desk receptionist did not. This did not bother me but mentioning for those who it might. This was my first appointment and I hope the level of service continues. So far so good.

Good experience all around! The front desk help is amazing (I had a follow up conversation with Ezmerelda who was incredible). Everyone was very professional, hospitable and they did a good job of cleaning and examining. Would definitely recommend.

I had an appointment here today for a filing and I want to tell you it was the best dental experience I have ever had! The girls in the office are so sweet and put you at ease. Dr. Harrison is great, he has a very light touch with the drill and calms you down. I had some nitrous and before I knew it I was done!! Frank, the office manager is wonderful. He is a dauchound lover as he has a few, when he head I have one I was invited to bring her in for my first visit. Well it was love at first sight with Starr and Frank. If you have any fears don't let them stop you from going here. I finally found a good dentist and staff!! RMY

I had extreme pain and they saw me immediately on a SATURDAY! This place is the best @getting you in quickly (same day appointment) and GREAT SERVICE. Everyone is so kind nice and helpful. My new smile is currently LOADING..........
