From the moment Michelle answered the phone until Kat informed me about all the different financial options they have available, my experience was exceptional. Silvia was so helpful and made me feel comfortable opening up about all the problems that I have been experiencing from bad oral hygiene. Then she introduced me to Dr. Nicole and she absolutely calmed my nerves about the entire process and laid out a comprehensive plan to attack the most critical issues first to get rid of the pain associated with the infection and then the next steps needed to get me on the road to recovery to have a happy healthy smile that I can be proud of again. I can't say enough great things about the entire staff here they truly care about their patients and you can feel that compassion from the moment you make that first call.

The staff is exceptional! I was meet with friendly accommodating staff at the front desk in a clean and modern waiting room. Dr. Nicole is amazing and her staff Kia and Sylvia are amazing also. You can tell people love their jobs and truly care about their patients. The unity of excellence in medical treatment and care is not something to take lightly and I am very grateful for this team and practice. Thank you and God bless you.

I was a patient at this location for several years before the Croxton Family took over. I almost left the former practice, which was a corporation because of the high turnover. Luckily, I stayed long enough for the Croxton Family to take over. Let me tell you, it's a world of difference being serviced by a family owned practice over a corporation! The front office staff are very friendly and so are the hygienist. My hygienist's name is Michelle and she is always welcoming and kind. I always feel comfortable in her chair. The dentists are a father, son and daughter trio. I have only met the father and son so far, but they are both cheerful and professional. Additionally they both have a good sense of humor and fun personalities. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I am a seven hills resident and I was looking for a new dental home and was glad to see that Dr Croxton opened this practice. In my career I have been in the dental field for 22+ years and was very satisfied with the service. I can in today to just schedule an appointment, Kat was able to offer me an appointment as a family had rescheduled. Kiea was my hygienist and she was very thorough in the appointment and very pleasant. It was great meeting Dr. Croxton and thank you for investing in our community. We are grateful to have such a wonderful family owned practice in Dallas!

Great staff. The got me in next day. Everyone was super friendly and the dentist and assistant were very thorough. They handled all questions and concerns. Great office, will continue to use this practice.
