I was recently allowed to attend the “Young Dentist Course” as a “senior doc” in an effort to collectively learn in the same setting w/ our young associate doc. The goal was to facilitate learning and implementation of concepts upon our return home to the “grind” of day to day practice. The combination of David Hornbrook , Crown Council , and Utah Valley dental Lab created a “trifecta” of advanced education for all of us. High level reviews about techniques, materials, pt management/communication/psychology, leadership , laboratory processes , and the economics of quality care were a few of the highlights of the course. In addition , a very deserving pt received a new, beautifully enhanced smile that we all participated in start to finish…. Grateful, he was! Thanks to all those involved especially David, Stuart , Joey, Susan , Natalie, Dan, Matt, Chase , and the dental assistants. This program provides a HUGE jumpstart for high level, quality care and is one of the best “bang for your buck “ deals in dental CE that we have found! Sincerely , David Schaefer

Crown Council is an amazing organization to be a part of. Not only is membership in it reasonably priced, but the way it is organized, run, and structured to help doctors and their teams reach their full potential is unmatched. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on coaching programs that had useful information, but seemed to try to mold me into their vision of what a successful office is and does. Crown Council teaches sound principles and allows each doctor and team to use those resources to create their own "Culture of Success". What a refreshing and exciting way to teach and lift others. Additionally, the networking and mentoring resources and opportunities within it I have yet to find anywhere else. I wish I would have become a Crown Council member years ago when I first heard about it! I'm grateful I had a second chance to encounter and become associated with the Crown Council! My experience last week at the Crown Council’s Annual Event in Dallas once again reminded me of why I love this community so much and what a huge difference it has made in my career satisfaction.

Becoming a member of the Crown Council has not just been a game changer in my practice, Crown Council has been a LIFE CHANGER! I had no idea that there was a group like this out there. You have a constant network of amazing dentist from all over with constant support on every issue/question/problem/idea you may encounter. The culture in my practice has actually become my dream culture because all of my staff and I are on the same page. The Skill of the Week videos have been amazing and my team loves them too! Work is now one of my favorite places to be because my team is so excited and positive and happy to be here every day! The slightest changes can have the biggest impacts. I'm happier than I have ever been and I can actually see my dream...my vision..my purpose coming to life! I highly recommend every dentist become a member of Crown Council. The Crown Council Team is absolutely amazing and always very helpful!! I wish I would have known about Crown Council 13 years ago!
