Crosswoods Dental: Carolyn Molzahn DDS

Love this office and Dr Molzahn. Our family has been going to this office for close to 20 years. Exceptional care. Dr M took over for Dr Nameth and it was seamless. Lynn and Teresa in the front of the house keep things running smoothly and are kind and professional. Fernanda was my hygienist this visit and was caring, gentle and educational. She went above and beyond. She offered to bring me warm water to rinse with due to the sensitivity of my teeth. It’s the little things clients remember. I recommend this practice to everyone.

I have a wonderful dental hygienist named Eve. She is the perfect mix of professionalism and great personality to keep me at ease. She makes recommendations to help assure my best dental outcomes. She gives me reminders to brush my teeth twice a day, to floss and this time to try a water tooth pic. Theresa and Lynn at the front desk are awesome. They have been taking care of me since 2001. They have assisted me with insurance coverages, etc. I had the honor of meeting Dr. Carolyn Molzahn for the first time in February of this year, shortly after she took over the practice. She is professional, calm and kind! When she is inspecting and checking my teeth for cavities, etc. she makes me feel as if I’m her only patient. She’ll make you feel special as well. I’ve recently had some medical problems and the entire staff were concerned and were very compassionate. I would highly recommend Crosswoods Dental to anyone looking for a dentist, new to Columbus or looking to make a change!

We have been doing to Crosswoods Dental for years & have highly recommended this practice to many people. Recently Dr. Molzahn took over this practice and she is amazing! She takes her time with patients & is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Everyone at Crosswoods Dental is genuine, welcoming and supportive. My kids have also been going here since they were 3 and they love their dental hygienists so much. No one in my family "dreads" going to the dentist - we highly recommend this practice.

Very pleasant interactions with all 3 individuals I met today. Very through exam and cleaning and great advice on what to do going forward. I'm very happy with my decision to join this Dental group and hope to continue with them going forward.

I’ve been going here since I was a little kid (young adult now) and they have always been spectacular. Not only do they do an amazing job with my dental hygiene, they are also amazing people to talk to. I was very intrigued at my appointment today to see a new face, Fernanda. But she was awesome!! Not only did she do a great job, she taught me a lot about my teeth and gums and suggested stuff that I had never would have thought of if it wasn’t for her. She has an amazing outlook on life and is amazing to talk to. We had a great conversation and I am super grateful that I got to meet her. I never thought I would say this, but I am genuinely looking forward to my next dentist appointment. I am even considering just going in randomly to have a chat with everyone as they make my day everytime I visit :)

Super kind front desk staff! Great job contacting my dental insurance and getting the best price for my bite plate. Fernanda was kind and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth (very knowledgeable). Dr. Molzahn gave amazing care as always and referred me on to a specialist for further help with gum recession. Thanks for everything!

Dr Molzahn is amazing! My front tooth cracked off on a Saturday afternoon.I was so upset but she was so nice. I reached out and she called me right back and was willing to see me the next day on Sunday…I declined but so awesome she offered! She fixed it temporarily on Monday morning and sent me to a great implant specialist, Dr Ross Gordon! I highly recommended both!!

I love this practice...small, friendly with all the latest technology. It reminds my husband and I of our first dentist after we were married. It's not some major production but a more family oriented and intimate practice. From the front desk to the dental hygienist and ending with the dentist, you feel at home and these people feel like family. How often to you get that these days? I especially want to give a big shout out to Eva. She feels like my sister from another mother!! I highly recommend this practice!
