I was extremely impressed with my visit to Crossroads Dentistry. The staff are always very helpful and super nice and I enjoyed my dental experience with Dr Tyng. He is SO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE - SO VERY NICE - has an GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR and really knows his business!!! This was the 1st time I have ever been to a dentist where the work they needed to do on my teeth was relatively painless. Yep - they’re that good!! My family and I will be going to them to keep our teeth healthy for a long time. I would highly recommend Crossroads Dentistry to everyone I know.

I have a huge fear of dentists due to bad experiences. Dr.Libby and her team really are amazing! They take their time and explain everything before they do any work on your teeth. I feel very comfortable being seen by Dr.Libby. I’m still giving Dr.Libby and her team 5 stars even though my interaction with Crossroads Treatment Coordinator was far from 5 stars. As a former Business Office Manager and a current Executive Director, the Treatment Coordinator did not seem very customer service focused. I felt she was rude when going over my treatment plan. She basically argued with me when we were discussing my dental insurance coverage. Everyone else in that office has always been very nice and helpful.

The staff were extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Libby took an urgent appointment to remove my wisdom tooth and did an amazing job. I will be recommending her to my family and friends.

Been going to Crossroads for a few years now and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly and the office is very nice. Dr. Tyng is always very positive and professional. Best dentist I’ve had and I’ve lived in the springs over 25 years. Recently got a filling and everything went smoothly!

Every time I’ve been serviced at this location for dental work it has been a great experience. The lobby is very clean and the staff are friendly & great. Dr. Tyng is extremely professional, personable, and all around great at ensuring comfortability for his patients. You can tell he enjoys this line of work & that he cares about the people he is servicing. He even gave me a call himself to follow up with me on how I felt after conducting my filling procedure. This is the first time I’ve experienced a dentist going the extra mile in caring about their patients & I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. Thank you Dr. Tyng!

First time coming to Crossroads Family Dentistry. Nice place and the hygienist Candace was very welcoming. She and Dr. Libby explained the process of getting my teeth from what they are now to what they will be in the near future. Great detailed explanations and that is why I have future appointments already scheduled. Overall a great experience. Thanks Crossroads.

First and last visit. First timers: bring your records with you and make sure they don’t perform anything prior to verifying the services that you received on your last dental check up. Right now, they are charging me for a panoramic x-ray, that at the time of the appointment they told me was covered by the insurance. After two months of the appointment they sent an email with a statement of $79.97 telling me that the insurance didn’t cover it. I called their office requesting further explanation of the charges. Their answer was: “sometimes the insurance said that it covers and then they deny it. Because your insurance just covers one panoramic every 5 years.” I told them, if I, as a patient, informed you that my last dentist visit was 6 months ago, with the same dentist for about 4 years, why didn’t you guys verify my records or asked for them? Their answer was, you signed a financial responsibility form. Wow! Not my lucky day, I guess. Therefore, the only option is to pay the $79 and never comeback to this sketchy business. Funnily enough, this office is at three minutes walking distance from my house, but I’d rather commute to Denver to an honest and transparent business, than deal with surprise charges from them again.
