My experience with this dentist office was great! I found Crossroads Dental through my insurance but was weary from a different dental office experience three weeks prior. The receptionist Ashley did a great job assuring me my insurance would cover the visit as she understood that the previous office was aggressive with their treatment plan and price. Dr. Chaffee was very thorough and explained my prognosis and treatment plan easing a lot of anxiety I had coming into the appointment. Beth the dental hygienist showed a lot of empathy, she was very friendly and explained the process and her findings. I highly recommend this office!

Dr Clayton is awesome, i have been coming here for over 13 years. He's always willing to assist you, when he can, to afford the work done to your teeth. Most important, he cares.

Both my son and I have been coming to Crossroads Dental for a couple years now. We have always had a great experience. We like that they don’t over schedule, so we aren’t waiting to be seen for our scheduled appointment.

I haven’t been to a Dentist in years, my wife set up the appointment, I reluctantly went. Anytime I’ve gone to a dentist in the past, even for a basic cleaning, the dentist would poke around until they found something wrong, give me the doom and gloom speech, I end up walking out with a huge bill, I felt they were opportunistic. Not Crossroads Dental! I would HIGHLY recommend Crossroads Dental Group. They didn’t push to upsell me. They didn’t try any slimy tricks…they were straight forward and kept it real…very ethical. Everyone was very friendly and proficient. From the assistant taking x-rays, the dentist, and the dental hygienist, everyone was awesome! Great experience!

I just moved to AZ and found this clinic through my insurance. I am pregnant and did my last dental work 4 months ago. I used to have my teeth cleaned every 4 months and my last dentist and hygienist did not mention any problems except a front teeth root canal might need a rework. But the hygienist in this clinic refused to give me a regular clean because I have 2 back teeth has a gum pocket 5mm after made me waiting for 40 mins. She said she can't do a deep clean either without a Xray. I don't think it makes any sense. It is not about the cost since my insurance covers both. I think her competence is questionable and I will have a second opinion from the others. As far as my last hygienist told me, I should expect some bleeding and loose gum due to pregnancy hormone. There is no need to go through the deep clean.

Front office staff is Magnificent!! So is Dr. Clayton. This is one of the best dental offices I've been to. They actually pick up the phone when you call! NO recordings, no prompts, just human connection, so refreshing. Permenant crown was made in office, no temporary crown, no waiting. My appt was at 8am and I was seen at 8:10. No long wait time in the lobby. LOVE Crossroads Dental office. 10 stars!

The front desk lady: 'Kristin' was extremely rude (attitude & verbally no regards for a customer) to us, we have been going to this place for years. We have two Delta insurances (primary & secondary) and they made the mistake not to account for both the insurances. Then she says we will NOT let you go forward with the procedure until you paid us remaining amount, when in fact she did not even run the secondary insurance. I have never seen any doctor or dentist treat people this way, when the patient has multiple insurance, they should run both and if anything is left to pay then ask the patient to pay. THIS PRACTICE/LADY IS LIKE YOU PAY US NOW AND THEN WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU LATER, WE ARE LIKE ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND !! Totally unpleasant experience, I want the owner to see this and apologize for running a practice like a greedy animal. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Got a reply back, same standard cut & paste, do you think I have any more time to deal with you folks, I just told you the issue, why would I call you again, What are you doing to fix it????
