Going to the dentist has always given me anxiety, but my husband had some beautiful restoration done by Cromwell Dental and raved at how comfortable they made him feel. Upon arrival I was greeted by an attentive receptionist and only waited a couple minutes before being greeted by my new hygenist, Kelly. She was professional and very sweet, which made me super comfortable. The entire practice is very clean, organized and has a peaceful vibe. Everyone I was introduced to was easy going and it just made my first experience in a new office very easy. I honestly will not ever have anxiety again when going to the Dentist. A+++

Took my two sons to Cromwell Dental for the first time yesterday and was EXTREMELY impressed by everyone we encountered there. We were coming from a pediatric dentist and I was concerned about my younger son here, but everyone was GREAT with him and they both said the experience was a positive one. Every staff member was friendly and helpful and I’m very glad we made the switch! Thank you!!

Do not go here! I was a customer for over 10 years, but the place has gone down hill big time. It's a revolving door for dentists and seems to be a new one every 6 months at your cleaning. My wife recently had a crown and had to go back 3 times to get it right because of incompetence from their dentists. The final straw was showing up for a cleaning and I wasn't on their schedule despite showing them confirmation texts and emails....inexcusable.

Attention to the customer service team at Cromwell Dental.Today June 19, 2024 Wednesday I had cleaning for my teeth at Cromwell Dental with (Kelly) at 3 PM today (Kelly) brings a lot of value to the brand/trademark of Cromwell Dental with here loving kindness and passion Kelly makes the brand/trademark of Cromwell Dental better period.Also (Jason) at the front desk with exceptional customer service and attention to detail with customers he’s a white unicorn with his exceptional customer Service skill set. (Jason) is the Crown jewel employees Jason make the brand better for Cromwell Dental period.The owners are exceptional and all the employees also Cromwell Dental facilities is exceptionally clean. They have a nice little wet bar with free coffee and cookies and water bottles and etc.. I highly recommend Cromwell Dental period.

For someone who hasn’t seen a dentist in 3 years, I was very skeptical about seeing anyone. I made an appointment with Danielle and I passed all the frightening tests. Danielle was top notch, extremely thorough, and I walked out feeling better about myself. The office manager Sarah explained everything afterwards which made my next appointment easy to schedule.
