The receptionist Mia is always in such a cheerful mood with a perpetual smile. Kim does a thorough job cleaning my teeth and Dr Mike with his inspection. I was seen at precisely my 10:00 appointment time which I appreciated. My only suggestion would be to put some car magazines in the waiting area for clients to read. Last month when I brought my kid's and had to wait there wasn't anything interesting to read only old golf books. I would highly recommend Criscione Family Dental.

Robin with the pretty purple hair (or Robyn), sorry, not sure how to spell her name, completely made my experience. She was kind and understanding of my sensory issues and did everything she could to avoid triggering that. Dr. Mike was very nice. Maya, who works at the front desk, was also very pleasant to work with. Paperwork was sent out quickly and handled quickly. They were able to get me in fast. Robyn didn’t make me feel rushed, and she was great at listening. Made me feel less nervous. My insurance will be changing soon, but I hope whatever plan I’m on next will allow me to come back.

We can’t thank the staff at Criscione Family Dental enough for their help yesterday. My mom needed help and they made time in their packed schedule to see her that same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem an exam and x-ray and started her on meds AND referrals to her next steps. We are just so impressed from the initial phone call, reception, manager and dentist and even the cutest dog, Norman, to show us to our room. They showed kindness and compassion and we are so grateful. Thank you!!!

My experience at Criscione Family Dental was great, as always. I have been going to them for over fifty years starting with Dr. Mike’s dad, Dr. Jim, and moving on to Dr. Mike after his retirement. I love the warm and loving patient centered care I get there. I’m a client for life.

Very impressive dental office. The staff is exceptional, caring, concerned, professional. Best comprehensive dental cleaning (and gentle) I’ve ever had. The office is warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough positive things. This was my first visit and I’ll definitely return!

Dr Mike and his team are amazing - genuinely caring, professional, helpful and funny. You know the employees must be treated very well given the quality of their work and how engaging they are. Our family loves this team - and my kids look forward to their checkups and cleanings. 💯
