My dentist and her team provided comprehensive care during my recent visit. I felt confident in their expertise, from the thorough examination to the detailed treatment plan. The friendly staff and modern clinic added to the positive experience. Without forgetting, I forgot I had a dental appointment on a Monday morning and they fixed it by rescheduling me for another appointment that Monday afternoon. Thank you so much.

My experience here at Crescent Dental was great. The staff were nice and the service was awesome. My cleaning was done thoroughly and she was so gentle I almost fell asleep. I’ll definitely be back for another cleaning in 6 months.

Crescent Dental in Bear has a clean establishment with friendly customer service and high-end technology. I love the experience of each visit because the treatment given is always gentle with care. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a dentist ????

This is my second time back to Crescent dental. My boyfriend has visited this establishment many times and when I moved out here, he recommended it to me. Same as the last time, another great experience! I was in and out in no time. The hygienist was gentle, quick and efficient. I also got some impressions made by Alissa and she Handled that smoothly as well. Dr. Shaw has a great personality and easy to talk to. Made me comfortable with making decisions for my next visit. I would definitely come back and highly recommend others.

Sadly, this is my first and last visit and I will never head back to this clinic. The entire clinic was empty yet every single person, to the receptionist, to the assistant, to the dentist, are unwelcoming and unprofessional. From the beginning, there was no pleasant exchange, nor even an effort from any member to smile at my 2 year old toddler who was the patient. And on top of that, I was charged $165 a day before the appointment for an xray that never took place & a check up that lasted for about 60 seconds? The check up was so rushed that I wasn’t even asked if I had any questions. No xray was done and not a single person provided me with any information as to what would happen and I was quickly escorted to leave. Only when I stood at the window waiting for anyone to look at me, I was told I’d get a $40 refund in 3 weeks when they check with my insurance? Before heading out, I waited at the window to ask where my paperwork was, and not a single person had any decency to even look up even as I was trying to get their attention waiting at the window? Had I not asked about my refund and the paperwork for the 60-second check up, I doubt anyone would even contact me. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was so unpleasant and I will never return. I’ll just be waiting to see if the office will at least commit to their words by providing a refund for the xray that never took place. I wish I had read other people’s reviews before coming in. Such a negative first-time experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. G and dental hygienist Katelyn! They were both incredibly patient and gentle, making me feel completely at ease. Katelyn did an amazing job, and Dr. G took the time to explain everything thoroughly—not just once, but twice! He also provided clear recommendations for my next steps. Their professionalism and care were top-notch. Highly recommend this team!

It was my first visit to Crescent Dental and the experience was very pleasant. I was so happy to find dentist who accepted Delta Dental. Easy to make an appointment. They took me at my appointment time and everyone was pleasant from the office staff to the dentist. They did a great job cleaning my teeth. A bonus that the hygienist didn’t talk the entire time during the cleaning. Not that I dislike people or talking but it’s impossible to respond when someone is working in your mouth.

Super nice staff and very efficient. Got my cleaning and doc had time and filled my cavity same day which was amazing
