This dental office is so comfortable, so friendly and so welcoming. The dental hygienist are absolutely fabulous! Actually love going to get my teeth cleaned. The dentist are thorough yet don’t make you feel like they’re doing anything unnecessary. Prior to going to this dental facility, creative smiles, I was going to another dentist office that I felt was just horrible. So I was very leery. But they immediately turned my thought process back to enjoying or trying to enjoy the experience again. Now I actually look forward to my dental appointments instead of dreading them. Lisa, the dental hygienist I have seen several times, is fabulous.

Honestly, I have serious anxiety with dentist. I have neglected to go after years. I got the worst tooth pain I was dealing with for 4 days, offices were closed. I called at 3am on Monday and right when they opened the sweetest receptionist Linda called me back several times to get me scheduled since we played phone tag. She got me in immediately and honestly she was a life saver. I needed to have a tooth extracted due an infection on a cracked tooth. I was terrified. My dentist was Dr. Joshua J. Heyrend and he was so reassuring. I told him my fears and every step of the way he made sure I was fully numb, commdo not ed what he was doing and pulled my tooth in 30 seconds!!! I had no pain at all. His assistant was very kind in reassuring me as well. I not remember her name but she had dark hair and pink nails I think. She was so nice! I felt so comfortable and my fears have scheduled a cleaning and check up’s.

Dr. Benson and his staff are the most wonderful people. They take such good care of my mom and everyone here is very empathetic. Linda is very helpful and informative when it comes to financing. I couldn’t be happier with them and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all so much!!

While the cleaning was excellent, the "2 cavities" that I chose to not have filled 2 years ago are are non-existent. Beware of the new patient cleaning diagnoses and always get a 2nd opinion.

I did my fillings and crown for root canal. Doctor explains you everything about the issue before the procedure. The procedure was smooth.

Dr Heyrend re filled one of my cavities at another location about a year ago. He did this so poorly that I could no longer bite down. He could not figure out what he did wrong and told me to “see an orthodontist.” Turns out he screwed it up so bad that I needed an emergency root canal. He placed the filling ON my root. He messed with my surrounding teeth in the process by grinding them down to try to correct the bite that was completely fine. I had braces years ago. I am still going through dental work to this day because of it. He job hops because he is so bad at his job. Writing the review because it says he works here and advising everyone to not book with him if you want to keep your teeth.
