CR Smiles Dental Implant Center

I got implants 4 upper implants and a snap-in denture and two implants in the front for a four-unit bridge last year. The implants and "teeth" look great. The snap-in denture is much more comfortable and secure than a traditional denture. I CAN EAT CORN ON THE COB AND WINGS. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would give a 5 star reviews except for the fact that they charge 3% to use a credit card or HSA card to pay for services. Am I expected to carry hundreds of dollars in cash to the dentist?

I’ve been going to Dental center for about Five months now and I have been taken care of so well. I am young so unfortunately because I take medicine it got to my teeth really badly and I needed implants. Doctor Chaffin has been amazing to me this entire time and made me feel like family. Trinity amazing she makes you so welcomed and again like part of the family. I originally was going to get on for where they have two shapes the bone, but since I am so young, Dr. Chaffin was so amazingly gracious to me With the price so I’m able to get a top and bottom three on six set and they are beautiful and I cannot wait to go back into weeks to get the final. I will share on here! But Definitely in good hands if you are with Dr.C Plus, the whole stuff at the location is amazing. I just would not have enough for him to ride about everyone.

Check your insurance for all providers before being seen here. Was told yes they accepted my insurance, turns out only Dr Chaffin is in network for me, not Dr Green, who did a lot of fillings for me. After the fact I got the bill in the mail and called my insurance and Dr Green is out of network and I had to pay for it all at an out of network cost. Ended up being just under $6400 for the implant anchor, 4 fillings, a deep cleaning, and oral sedation (that was $500 but I have dental phobia and wanted to be comfortable) I was expecting a bill around 4k, so this was a surprise when I kept getting more bills in the mail. I drank what they gave for sedation and it was supposed to knock you out and make you not remember anything but I remember everything clearly. Started with Green working on my right side, then going to the left, then the deep cleaning with a taller woman, and then Dr Chaffin last doing 2 sets of X-rays for the screw placement, and had some sort of allen ratchet wrench he used. All were friendly during the encounter, no foul play. I probably should have said something stating I was still conscious, but I figured ok well if I wait longer maybe it’ll kick in more. I was fine and relaxed but it wasn’t what I spent $500 for IMO. Floss snags on two of my fillings and I asked at my checkup if it could be fixed and was told unfortunately not because then it leaves a bigger gap for food to get stuck. Few months go by and I go to a highly reviewed dentist to continue out my work to get my implant crown and was told two of the four teeth that were worked on need to be crowned. Staff were friendly and not judgmental which was nice, but the insurance mishap and now having to have more work done on teeth I thought were fixed is quite annoying, on top of the large cost I now have to pay out of pocket.

Came to CR Smiles to have full mouth implants, with all the below gum line treatment free of charge. I had four lower implants placed at another dental clinic. Received my new uppers which are of excellent quality. I am experiencing extensive delays receiving my lowers, because the “other” clinic thus far has not provided information on the hardware. Dr. Kwan is a gentleman and a gentle man; he provides pain free treatment. He is the best dentist I have seen in my 73 years. All of the staff are professional and friendly. Especially Dental Assistant Angel, who provided me with ongoing skillful adjustments for my existing dentures. Angel took the time going into great detail explaining the reason for the delays. He has repeatedly communicated with staff and the dentist at the other clinic. I am confident I will have quality lowers once the needed information is received. I should have come to CR Smiles in the first place!
