• "They just removed my wisdom teeth within the last week & it’s healing up just fine, I went here because a relative of mine assisted me in finding a place that’ll accept my health insurance & that’s how we found this place, so I come for the consultation 2 weeks ago didn’t have to pay for it completely free & as soon as I walk in I tell them “Hi I’m here to check in for my consultation” they hand me a clipboard with some papers to fill out & consent forms to fill out like a health questionnaire, it’s like 2-3 pages worth. So I fill it out then after I get done they say “Thank you, they’ll call you in a few mins” So my name gets called & they take my X-rays, ask me a bunch of health-related questions, go over the X-ray, & when to schedule the extraction appointment. So after all of that, they schedule it all & a week later I go in to check in for it & they say “ok you’re all set & that’ll be $63 for today” & I ask them why the charge? They replied “It’s for today's visit with the oral surgeon contractor” but if you’re not able to make the payment today you can always do it over the phone in the next day or 2, so I met Dr Johnson he seemed very nice explained everything pretty good I came in prepared to have a long week of healing, so they numb my mouth with a bunch of adhesive & dug in there, they got it out good & put some cotton in there. It took only like 40 mins, my cheek was swollen, my mouth was numb & they gave me sheets of paper on what to do next! So what I’m trying to say is that their service was good, they were friendly, had very good communication, & made me feel comfortable during the entirety of it plus my mouth is mostly healed I had to follow doctors order it wasn’t easy but in the end it was worth it!"
