Community Dental Care - Maplewood

We drive two hours from the north to come here. We have had about 6 appointments just this summer alone so far for my daughter’s teeth to get fixed. The dentists have all been really awesome with my ten year old! The staff seems really nice and the waiting area is huge, enough space for everyone to have a seat away from one another if they choose. It’s been worth the drive so far! People say this dentistry sucks but they’ve never actually gone to a dentist that really sucks before! We don’t just drive two hours for nothing! Thank you for taking care of us!

This place is a scam. $378 for an exam!! I told them I was on SSI and could not afford that. They refused to see me. I should sue them for false representation of services. They claim they see anyone regardless of being able to pay. Now my cracked tooth will have to suffer more because of these people. Don't tell people over the phone to come in and then try charging them an insane amount of money for exam. Community? Yeah right.

I had a root canal done and they were so good with it. They made sure they explained thoroughly, made me feel reassured and comfortable, and I left feeling pretty satisfied with the results. My 5 yo son also had his tooth pulled due to infection and cavity clean and all the time they talked to him to make him feel calm.

I went in without an appointment due to a tooth ache. I was advised it could be a few hours. They were correct. However, I was in pain and couldn't do anything elso. Staff was nice. Tech was a nice guy. Doctor was polite and nice. Explained everything. Very reasonable prices for no dental insurance on Medicare. I'd go back.

If I could give zero stars I will. They had me calling in two weeks everyday to see if their schedule would open up for new patients the next month. Then they told me to call back in the afternoon during that month and told me that they had limited openings but they filled up the day before. So waste of your time, cause if you have such bad customer service on scheduling, imagine the service you would get when you are an actual patient. St. Paul location could tell you the next new patient date, but Maplewood gave the run around. Same company, but run differently, how does your business model work. Don't say you are trying something different but can't explain what that difference is???
