Comfort Dental Studio

As a new patient I was thoroughly impressed. EXCELLENT staff, friendly, smiling and very personable. Dr. White became besties with my daughter during her appointment yesterday, making her extremely comfortable and looking forward to go back and get her braces. Very happy I was referred to this office. I hope Dr. White and his staff aren't going anywhere anytime soon!

Everyone I’ve seen here has been wonderful. Experienced, professional, kind, and I don’t feel like they’re trying to get any money out of me. Highly recommend them!

My very first time visiting this dental studio and I will be back! Everyone was very very nice, the experience was informative and efficient. Their Studio is designed well and clean! Loved the whole experience. They’re also open later in the evening which is helpful for people like me who can’t take mid day appointments

I had good initial experiences but recent experiences are terrible. Dr. White maybe skilled, but he's bedside communication is close to zero. Paternalistic decision-making and not good at keeping patients informed of what he's doing to them.

Great job! I called at 11:30 am and they fit me in the same day. The space was nice, they played good music, the experience felt concordant with the community they serve. Dr. Smith was great! Such a good person. I appreciate that he advised conservatively on my care. There was no waiting and I had a clear follow-up plan when I left. All of my questions were answered.

I don't want to be too harsh as the staff was friendly, and I might add another star if the fillings hold, but the wait time was crazy. I don't know if it was an off day, but if you have a child, make sure they're well fed and rested because nothing beats showing up on time, then not being seen until 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment with a kid that's getting crabbier by the minute. We were thanked for our patience after being there for almost 90 minutes, but after a long day, a wait time like that is borderline disrespectful. I've gone to another office, that no longer takes my insurance, that did the same procedures, did quality work with less pain, and it was punctual. I know it's possible. Your mileage may vary, and this location is very convenient so I figure three stars, with a potential fourth is more than fair.
