I don't want to be too harsh as the staff was friendly, and I might add another star if the fillings hold, but the wait time was crazy. I don't know if it was an off day, but if you have a child, make sure they're well fed and rested because nothing beats showing up on time, then not being seen until 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment with a kid that's getting crabbier by the minute. We were thanked for our patience after being there for almost 90 minutes, but after a long day, a wait time like that is borderline disrespectful. I've gone to another office, that no longer takes my insurance, that did the same procedures, did quality work with less pain, and it was punctual. I know it's possible. Your mileage may vary, and this location is very convenient so I figure three stars, with a potential fourth is more than fair.
