Dr Diall and assistants are outstanding professionals, kind, and considerate. Dr. Dial is someone you can trust to do the right thing, focused on providing excellent care. My entire family feels lucky to have him as our dentist.

I'm changing my original review to add more positive. The techs were very nice. Very professional. The doctor was excellent and very compassionate with my daughter. Everyone was exceptional. They get my recommendation. I wanted to change my original review to make a clear distinction between the reception and actual care staff in the back. I do believe reception staff should do a little work on not coming off so cold and aloof. However reception did get approval for my daughter to be seen despite arriving late. Only 13 minutes late, but still policy. They don't like late. But sht happens. Could be a little more human in the front reception dept. But the staff providing care is very good. Thank you

Comfort Dental North Powers is a pleasant dental office from the receptionist up front to the dental staff and billing staff. They're very pleasant, helpful and comforting. I would've given 5 stars, but there is always room for growth, which is mostly around the wait. However, it's not a terrible wait and they are pretty good to keeping close to your appointment time.

UPDATE: Got my crown in yesterday, the gentlest, most proficient and quickest service you could ever find. It was perfect!!! Loved Dr Miller, first time I felt a Dentist not only heard me but helped me with my TMJ condition. I need a crown replacement and the cost is very affordable. The dental staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend COMFORT DENTAL NORTH POWERS

*update* As of today, I still have not received a call back. I’ve been a client at this location for the better part of a decade. I also bring all 3 of my kids here. My oldest had braces through comfort dental braces as well. I recently made the decision to pursue clear aligners for myself. Trying to get treatment here has been extremely chaotic. Everyone says something different. Today I came in to what I thought was going to be my first appointment towards a new, more confident me. While I was in the waiting room, I could hear someone in billing being really rude to the other office staff over my case in particular. It was extremely unprofessional. I am then pulled back into the side office and told that I need to put $1500 down instead of the $500 I was originally told. My insurance will cover $3,000 of the $3,500 so I don’t really appreciate the day of my appointment being told I need to put down an extra $1,000 and wait for it to be refunded back to me. Last time I was here they charged me $214 to remove a wire that they didn’t even wind up removing. I was told that $214 would instead go to the $500 I needed to put down for today. We agreed to proceed this morning because this was something that was really important to me to get started. Get back to the chair to wait for the appointment to start just to finally be met with they can’t help me at all today because they don’t have my scans back. As a busy mom of 3, it’s extremely difficult to be able to attend appointments for myself. This whole experience has left me feeling incredibly unvalued as a client.

Dr. Boyer was great! Very gentle, understanding, and didn’t make me feel rushed or bad about my past. Every single person I came in contact with at Comfort Dental was extremely nice and helpful. I drive three hours one way just to go to this office since it’s worth it. Dr. Boyer listened and answered my questions, was not judgmental in the slightest (nobody there was), and it all had me feeling like I was an actual person they wholeheartedly wanted to help, not just a money bag. Thank you!!

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Very short waiting times. Very clean Office. Dr. Miller answered any questions, makes sure he considers your wishes, hopes and concerns. He will work and make suggestions that are in your best interest. Regardless of what your Insurance is, he will treat you with the same respect, professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I would for sure recommend Dr. Miller and Comfort Dental. They will work with you and for you in any way possible. Go see Dr Miller at comfort Dental, in my opinion you won't regret it. Five stars for sure

The dentists and staff at this comfort care are patient, kind, gentle, compassionate and caring. They do not “over diagnose” unnecessary treatment just to make more money. They really are more concerned with helping people get the care they need without the focus on financial gain. They go above and beyond to make sure the patients get the care they need.

Dr. Dial is one of the best!!! I have had a hard time finding a Dentist I truly trust and that does a great job, but I have found that in Dr. Dial. We have had great experiences with him and his staff multiple times. I would absolutely return when I need any dental work.
