Comfort Dental Center - Reseda

I have been going to Comfort Dental Center for a few years now, starting in college, now post-grad. I originally went to them to get my retainers, but now have. been going regularly for check-ups and such.The staff is very professional and kind and always make me feel welcome there! Highly recommend to anyone, but especially for new-to-the-area college students who live nearby looking for a new dentist to go for!

Maria is rude and ghetto. She needs to be replaced with someone with better soft skills or do better because dental work is already expensive. I’m not paying for poor customer service as well. -5 stars

Been a patient for over 7 years. Nothing but best service and value. Dr. Homayun is a delight. Harris is pure awesome. Carla always keeps me on time with appointments and puts the smile on my face. Love these guys and would recommend them any given moment.

This story will probably sound a little unorthodox for a dental office, but when they named it COMFORT, they were very accurate. I have always had phobia regarding dentists and I have been a client for almost a year. The AMAZING staff, doctors and receptionists make the procedure or consultation reassuring, they explain every detail, they actually listen to you and are able to connect to their clients and feel their anxieties. Office Manager Veronica, is not your average dental supervisor, she is more than just a dental nurse and administrator, she is my hero. You can tell she possesses a big heart and that is very important when dealing with patients in a dental environment, one of the most stressful encounters a person can have. She will always have a smile for you and leave you feeling as though you're family. My mother was the patient, but I'm the one who became ill and the care they gave me was unbelievable. Dr. Shah is not only a smart, knowledgeable, exceptional dentist, she is beautiful and kind. Her care and concerns for her patients is so calming and she explains everything, looks out for what are the best options for your individual case, and even checked on ME while I was laying down in the back in between checking on her patients. The x-ray tech (forgive me for not remembering his name right now) is an extension of the care and kindness that is a part of the culture at Comfort Dental on Sherman Way. Also, they will work with you when it comes to financial responsibility and try to give options that fit your situation. Ok, you get the point....they are FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them for your dental needs, not only for their excellent work (lab on-site), but the kind, relaxing and smiling atmosphere from moment you walk in the door. If you have to go to a dentist...GO THERE!

I’ve been a comfort dental patient for over a year now and I’m really happy with the care they provide. They have so many locations so it’s nice that you can schedule at different offices if you need to. Everyone is really nice, from the assistants to front desk and they aren’t pushy and don’t try to get you to spend unnecessarily, they just want you to have a healthy mouth. Dr. Homayun is really experienced, explains things well and has seen everything so I trust his judgment.
