Columbus Dental Clinic

Part of the tooth Dr Fields removed was not removed. It was before Christmas and extremely painful. I called the office multiple times per day for over a week. My calls were never returned. I left a note on the clinic door, but they never called me. It was 9 days of pure hell. At the 10th day it was infected and excruciating. I finally got the clinic to answer the phone and had the portion of remaining tooth out. My dentures have never fit and can not get them to answer the phone or return my calls. At 3 years they have not done what they advertise they will do!!

I had the worst experience EVER. I was told 2 till 3 days on my partial. It was 2 months. I only got it then because I called and requested a refund. After receiving it. It broke in 4 months. Got it repaired. It broke in a different spot, they wanted to charge $180 for repair (mind you it not a year old). The guy told me that he would give me my partial without payment and to NEVER to come back. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Loud, rude, unprofessional, condescending female staff. They do not listen to you but, almost look at you in a daring way if you complain about something not looking or feeling right. It becomes your problem not theirs.

The staff at Dr. Fields are so nice and helpful. I have never had a set of dentures fit and be comfortable. Dr. Field’s guaranteed he would help me get a set of dentures that would fit properly. After 21 yrs I know have a set of dentures that I can wear.

If I could give this business a 0 I would..I have never complain about a dentist before but this was terrible..They told me they could make me a bottom denture for a price and I agree (they knew I had two implants to hold my bottom in and it did till it broke). After around three weeks I finally got it..I left office saying I would try it but it didn’t fit right..After several visits back for adjustments because it was cutting into my gum and not locking in..Which it is still that way!!! They told me I needed to pay more for a tool to change out the o rings and they could not doing anything else till I do that..The employees argue at each other In front patients and they would not answer the phone..I had to go by office to even get appointment.I don’t recommend This office to anyone..
