Colonnade Dental

I recently visited Colonnade Dental for the first time and am forever grateful to the friend who recommended them to me. The staff were all professional, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Stephenson did my cleaning himself and even took the time to file away some imperfections on my front teeth that have bothered me for a long time. It was a simple fix, but one that no other dentist had even offered to work on without follow-up appointments and costly procedures. I’m so much happier with my teeth now and so relieved to have found a wonderful dentist. Highly recommended!! ?

Located in North Raleigh, colonnade dentist is a great place to go. The place is very lighthearted and people are happy, which makes a nice environment for people in the waiting room. I got special treatment today. The dentist actually cleaned my teeth. I love this dentist to the moon and back.

I was looking for a new dental practice after my previous dentist of 30 yrs. recently retired. I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Stephenson’s clinic at Colonnade Dental. My experience starting with scheduling my appointment, completing the new patient record to the smiling faces when I arrived gave me a good sense that I found my new dentist. The dental hygienist was experienced and friendly and my exam by Dr. Stephenson was not rushed, but was professional and reassuring.

Called to inquire about an emergency new patient appointment -which clearly annoyed the receptionist who couldn't seem to find an appointment for several weeks. Obviously that isn't going to work for a dental emergency, but the tone and demeanor of the first interaction was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. Update: Called another dental office just down the street (with a higher google review rating) - the receptionist there was lovely and was able to get me in next day.

I am fortunate to state i have been a patient/client here for close to 10 years. First class, top of the class from the front of the house to back, Dr. Stephenson and his assistant Tocara have performed multiple root canals, a dental implant and more, no issues, excellent care from both. New( a few years) hygienist Melissa… well her knowledge, care and attention to detail is immaculate. My insurance screw-jobbed me but, I would still rather pay out of pocket to go here. Well earned and deserved 5 stars!

The team here is so friendly! From reception to being in the chair, my experiences have been great. I have a few dental concerns and the hygienists and dentist have been super understanding and very gentle. I finally feel comfortable going to the dentist.
