My experience with College Dental was outstanding. From the moment you walk into their clean and bright office, you feel genuinely welcomed. The front office staff is efficient, friendly, and attentive. I needed extensive dental work, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me, even managing to schedule my treatment during the busy end of year period. They took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan, and Valerie was incredibly thorough and patient when going over the billing details and financing options. The doctor performed the surgery with exceptional skill, ensuring I experienced minimal pain both during and after the procedure. Juan, the dental assistant, was outstanding his chair-side manner, kindness, and sense of humor made the entire process much easier and more comfortable. I highly recommend College Dental for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care.

Dear Dr. Han, What have you done to your practice? You are by far the best dentist I've ever had and I have been your patient for years, since before your office expanded. However, the wait times have been getting longer, my experience today was the worst ever and your staff really didn't seem to care. I I asked to speak with you while I was there, but they told me you were busy with the patient and that I can speak to a supervisor, which I never had the opportunity to do. I made an 8:30 appointment for a dental cleaning months ago, so I could be first in chair, before any backlog of patients could happen. (I get panic attacks around too many people, especially in small spaces.) Well, I wasn't called to take a chair until after 9:30, but only after I kept complaining about my wait time. They squeezed in a quick dental exam while I was waiting (NOT THE REASON FOR MY APPOINTMENT and I found out new X-rays were not necessary yet!), but by the time they were done, it was going on 10 o'clock and they told me I'd have to wait about another hour to get my teeth cleaned. I was not happy with the excuses I was given from several different members of your staff. Most of them told me that they were short on staff today, but I was the first one in the office this morning and so many people who came in later were called in before me for their treatment while I was waiting. They said it depends on which dentist is going to work with me. I told them I wasn't there to see a dentist, I had an appointment with the hygienist. I was informed that hygienist do not work on Fridays. So I asked why then did they scheduled me for an appointment with one in the first place? I was told it's because dentist can also do teeth cleaning. Obviously, your dentists are all busy so why is that even an option? I was then informed of a new policy stating that you may not get your teeth cleaning done on the day you schedule it. I don't have the time to go in and wait for an appointment I may or may not get. I told whoever told me that that it would've been nice if I were to be informed of that new policy so I can decide whether I want to keep my appointment or not. She sarcastically told me there's a sign stating the new policy in the office. First of all, I haven't been in the office since making the appointment months ago, so how would I know? Secondly, I never saw it, so perhaps it needs to be moved to a place where it's more visible, not that it's the best way to inform your patients of any new policy. Bottom line, I went in for an 8:30 dental cleaning and left at 10:30 without ever getting it unless I was willing to wait at least another hour. I left your office totally frustrated with the wait and the way I was treated today, with no plans on returning. I cannot deal with the way your office is running these days. To his credit, the guy who took my xrays was very good and dealing with him is the only positive thing I can say about my visit today. BTW, I teach and too time out of my vacation to get up early and be there on time because I respect your time and wanted to get out asap. It’s shameful that respect for my time was not reciprocated.

I have been going to College Street Dental for many years, past few years they have become very busy! The waiting time in the waiting room can exceed more than 20 minutes. Once in the examination room waiting can also be long. The staff is friendly and are good at what they do.

Best dentist I’ve been to since moving to California. I recommend 100%. Their oral surgeon if very good at what she does and let’s not detail go unsaid. Her assistant was also very helpful! They were a very good team, and I felt very taken care of during my wisdom teeth extraction.

I recently went to the office, the personal is very welcoming and nice. The only negative is the wait,a long more then 2hrs to see the Doctor. I recommend to book according to the personal in place at the time.
