Coastal Family Dental

Had my first appointment with Dr. Peacock today. It was for 1pm and they called me in at exactly 1pm. The hygienist was great, very thorough and amicable. Dr. Peacock was very friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything to me. Checkout was seamless. Overall a great staff and atmosphere.

Although this was a scan for a new night guard - I still had the usual dentist anxiety- Nicole was amazing with the scan and Dr A came to check in. She always puts me at ease as always! Thank you!! Great team!!

Dr Peacock is careful, thoughtful and expert. She diagnosed jaw pain I was experiencing as nerve pain - not dental - when two dentists and one periodontist had done detective work at my request and came up empty. I was then able to get the care I needed. I am impressed by her care each time I see her.

I have been a patient at this office for as long as I can remember (20+ years) and Coastal Family Dental has always been friendly and helpful! Their staff has made time to explain reccommended procedures to me beforehand, and answer any questions that I may have had. I recently recieved a filling that didn't feel quite right, and they scheduled me in at the earliest opportunity to have a doctor carefully file it down and adjust the work. They have followed up each time I have been in since then to make sure that it isn't giving me any problems!
