The staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and exactly what I had expected. I went in for a cleaning and was working with a new technician, new to me anyway. His name is Joseph and he was gentle, patient and super sweet. Joseph was extremely skilled and made my experience all that much better. he was extremely skilled and made a dreaded visit so much better than I expected it to be. I highly recommend this group, especially for those of us who have a fear of the dentist.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This dentist office is a complete disaster and very unprofessional. I initially came in for bonding on my lateral teeth, the first dentist I saw made them so white and bulky that my two front teeth looked dark and stuck out awkwardly.I returned for a redo with Dr. Edwards, who seemed very annoyed and bothered to see me as her last patient on a Friday. She acknowledged the color issue, but her rushed work resulted in yellow, uneven teeth of different lengths. I felt so uncomfortable with her attitude that I felt like I couldn’t voice my dissatisfaction during the appointment.After the weekend, I called to express my concerns and requested not to see Dr. Edwards again. Olivia at the front desk first told me they couldn’t remove the bonding but later said they could—and then told me I had to see Dr. Edwards again because “she got paid for it.” I went back, had the bonding removed (and was charged for it), only to wake up days later with a cracked tooth because she hadn’t fully removed the bonding.I went back in to get it fully taken off and was charged AGAIN for her mistake. I will never come back here and wouldn’t trust anyone in this office with my teeth. Ever since this place was taken over by Coastal Dental I’ve had nothing but bad experiences .

I was looking for a dentist office closer to home and I'm glad I chose Coastal. The hygienist took great care and made me feel comfortable and the dentist was friendly and thorough. The office staff checking me in was just as important to this overall impression. Thanks!

I was originally off put because I was called 20 minutes before my appointment stating that the appointment did not exist. I had multiple emails and texts, confirming the appointment as I had scheduled it on their website. The front desk informed me that the website does scheduling errors for them, and they only caught it the same day as my appointment. My husband also had an appointment that needed to be rescheduled due to the same issue.When I arrived. The sign outside does not match the name of the practice but a logo did so I went in. The team members are very friendly. The office could be more organized and cleaned.What saved me as a patient is my hygienist and the doctor I saw. Joseph was absolutely incredible. So kind and personable throughout the entire interaction. He informed me what he was doing and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The cherry on Sunday was the doctor I saw. When she came in, she was so friendly and understanding. They addressed my concerns and answered questions without fail.I do believe the administrative side of this practice could be improved. But I am glad I found them. Thanks to the hygienist and doctor that treated me. Worth a shot!

First time going to Coastal ., I hate going to the dentist haven’t been in years.They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were professional and took the time to explain everything before they helped me with my teeth.
