Jolie was my dental hygienist this morning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. She combines expertise with a warm, hospitable, and friendly personality, making the experience truly pleasant. Her politeness and professionalism stood out, and she shared valuable tips to help me maintain excellent dental health. The clinic itself has a welcoming and comfortable ambiance that doesn’t feel like a typical dental office, which I really appreciated. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making visits enjoyable. I’m always happy to return and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Tais (CDA) initially displayed an attitude I didn’t appreciate and came across as not approachable. However, after I addressed my concern with her, she quickly adjusted and kept me informed about every step of the process. Tony (Dentist) is knowledgeable, and I appreciated his insights and advice. Christine (Hygienist) is exceptionally gentle, knowledgeable and caring, making the experience a 12 out of 10. Danica (Receptionist) was very friendly and approachable, clearly explaining the billing details to me. Overall, I’m giving 4 stars due to my initial experience, which was later rectified. I look forward to a great experience in the future.

I moved to Coastal Dental to take advantage of the new Canadian Dental Insurance. I was impressed from the friendly greeting at the front desk to the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bae. I came to him at the recommendation of a friend and am happily making the same recommendation to other friends

Christine was amazing, and I highly recommend her! She was incredibly gentle and made my cleaning experience very comfortable.

I needed emergency treatment for my implanted tooth—it broke and exposed a spike—and due to its emergency status, they were available for a same-day appointment. Dr. Tony and their team treated me right away and resolved the immediate issue: the spike was hurting my tongue, so they removed it. Also, they recommended replacing the broken implanted tooth, but this is something I will do in the near future.
