This location as well as this entire company is HORRIBLE at properly communicating with the appropriate channels to ensure that I receive a refund that I originally requested back in December of 2023. I called this location for that request and whatever employee answered my initial call told me that she had requested it and I would receive it in 15 business days. I specifically asked her to request a check because the card information they had on file was lost. Given it was just before the holidays, I gave them a courtesy of 2 additional weeks to mail me my check. When I called this office back in mid-late January, I was told it would take 90 days!!! When I called back at the end of March/early April, they told me they needed to approve the refund because they weren't able to refund it back to my card!!!!! Someone called me back to tell me he would push for the paper check approval and that I would receive it "in a few weeks"! Today, I called their "Patient Assurance" line and they read back my file and saw that the office never requested my refund until JANUARY! My paper check was approved in early MAY and we are now almost to JULY and I still do not have my refund. I keep getting promised someone will "reach out" except they never do. I always have to call. If I could give this location and this entire company zero stars, I would!

Everything seemed fine but now it has taken them more than three months to put crowns on my teeth that they HAPPILY charged me upfront for but fail to deliver the service in a timely manner. Their receptionist by the name of Sharnell is very rude and ghetto and hung up in my face after making me an appointment for 30 days out and making fun of the fact I used Care credit to pay. I would never waste my time using this company again. Go to Mint Dentistry, they treat you like a person.i have edited to add, they also have refused to cooperate with the new dental office I went to, and give them a crown I had made, so it can be put in. They claim to have no dentist to perform the procedure but also will not cooperate so that another dentist at another location can out the crown in. Just unpleasant in general.

Absolute worst chain dentist office! I only came here to follow my highly competent hygienist, Lene. At one point the office abruptly closed for months without notice and re-opened minus Lene and the original dentist. I'm very particular about my healthcare providers and strive to build a healthy patient-doctor relationship. Since childhood, I had the same loyal dentist and the same for college. The staff turnover is ridiculous making it impossible to have consistent care with the same healthcare provider. I received a text on May 23 rescheduling my June 27 appointment. August 12 was the earliest appointment. I confirmed my appointment on August 8 via text only to arrive the following Monday and be told my appointment was at 8:30 not 9:30 (which I had on 3 calendars-work, planner, and cell phone). Then I was informed that I could not be seen until October. No thank you! I'll take my dental insurance and business elsewhere. Please provide the release paperwork to give me ALL my records. My departure was well overdue. Especially when the Piedmont Office admitted they improperly coded my service yet continued to bill me over $500. That's until I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Then my bill was properly paid in full with a credit. Do NOT play with my time and/or money. There's too many highly qualified dentists to deal with this subpar dental office. I see they primarily respond to favorable reviews. So that's speaks volumes about the business.

I made an appointment 6 months ago after my last cleaning. The hygienist gave me an appointment card before leaving. Never received a text message or reminder email, so I called the customer service number on the day of my appointment. Just found out, that I do not have an appointment in their system and can not be scheduled until December 23rd. They are only open on MONDAYS and FRIDAYS.

I was very hopeful as they checked multiple times that I was coming to my appointment and that my insurance was accepted. Sadly, I get there for my appointment and they lie to me, stating they called me and left a voicemail, and that they have to cancel my appointment due to short staffing. I would’ve felt a little better if the next appointment they offered me was actually in the same month, it is more than a month away. I am very disappointed as this is extremely inconsiderate of my time, I could have went to work instead of missing hours of it due to lack of communication.
