Patient reviews consistently highlight the kindness and professionalism of the doctor and staff at this Coast Dental location. One patient who visited for a second opinion described the team as very supportive and appreciated the guidance and financing options provided for their necessary dental work, contrasting their positive experience with a less helpful and kind experience at another dental office. This indicates a patient-focused approach and a willingness to assist with the financial aspects of treatment.
Another patient shared their experience undergoing a root canal, noting that while they are typically nervous about dental procedures, the staff made them feel at ease. They were impressed with the temporary crown they received, describing it as very well made and comfortable to the point of forgetting it was temporary. Following the placement of their permanent crown, the patient reported that it felt like their own within just seven hours, expressing gratitude to the entire team at Coast Dental for their friendly faces and gentle hands.
Based on these reviews, Coast Dental in Casselberry appears to be a Dental Clinic that prioritizes patient comfort and provides a supportive and professional environment. Key features include a kind and helpful doctor and staff, a willingness to offer second opinions and discuss financing options, and a gentle approach to dental procedures, including root canals. The quality of temporary and permanent restorations is also positively mentioned. Coast Dental Reviews
The Staff are all courteous and do their jobs well. The Doctor knows his stuff and is very helpful. It just seemed to take way too long to get my new dentures. Still, I recommend Coast Dental if you want a dental service who treats you well and provides quality work. Many thanks.

Dec 19, 2024 · John KrohneI tried to give a not so high and not so low star.Pros: I can book appointment easily and the staff are friendly in general.Cons: the facility doesn't look new. The problem is the X-ray rings. Just like a comment of Matt a year ago, it is disgusting. I saw the area that will go inside the mouth I were covered by the disposal plastic but the rings itself is not. And we have to bite it. Omg. I hope I saw wrong because I think after that I saw it was put back to the box without sanitizing. Again I hope that I am wrong because I feel so sick when thinking of it.Another thing that makes me wonder is their weird admin process. They told me to do the deep cleaning. I said I would consider that but not now. Then they said they would show me how much it costs. After they showed me, they asked me to sign the paper saying "I authorize the dentist to perform the above work". Of course I don't want to sign because I don't want the deep cleaning. They said that my signature just means they showed me the information no need to commit to do the deep cleaning. It is not what it is on the paper so I don't sign it.Things does not satisfy me but does not affect the rating star:1. As many low star reviews, we come for regular cleaning fully covered by the insurance. However it won't be performed unless I do the deep cleaning. I don't like it but I am not professional enough to judge that. Anyway I don't decide to do the deep cleaning yet based on many comments of other reviewers.2. I had to pay 23 dollar because of the X-ray for the new patient that insurance did not cover. I thought that the insurance will cover all the check up, but it is ok. Not a big amount and I trust the dental clinic knows what they are charging. However after refusing the deep cleaning and leaving with the disappointment that I can't have my regular cleaning, I drove home and then remembered that I had not paid that $23. Nobody in the clinic reminded me. I called them immediately and asked if I can pay over the phone. They told me that they will call back with the instructions how to pay. Still waiting for them to call. That is just odd that I forgot to pay and nobody remind me. I even said bye to them. And then I even had to call them first to settle the payment and still can't pay immediately.
