Absolutely awful. They ignored my medical history entirely and did a procedure that could have closed my throat, due to previous allergic reactions. They were fully aware of this allergy, and it shows lack of medical knowledge to carelessly ignore the potential side affects of the procedure they administered. They put my health at risk despite me telling them I only wanted to do the necessary procedure instead (extreme difference in pricing as well as they ignored me and did the full procedure despite what I requested). Coast Dental on Gladioulus (I’m convinced they’re all scams with the motive to upsell-check them out on the Better Business Bureau if you don’t want to trust a random stranger on the internet) was extremely unhygienic. At X-rays the covering they put on the tool does not fully cover from where previous customers mouths would have also been, yet they put it into my own mouth!! In procedure a tool dropped on the ground, to which I saw no cleaning procedure done before using it! They use fear factors to increase urgency to try to get you to do procedures you likely don’t need. They will up charge you & they have no dentist on site to ask your questions or concerns to. Months later and I’m still trying to get my personal medical records from them, via an email that they have previously left me a recorded voicemail response to. They are receiving my emails, but they are still withholding the medical records I requested in very clear outlines. All of this to say that whatever response they say about only providing the best care to their customers is false, and they are currently still not providing that care. Oh and they may add to call their quality assurance line. I have and their response was that they were merely a scheduling department. When I asked for the number or email to a customer service team or district manager I was told they did not have access to that information. (The first time, I was hung up on for asking these questions).

I have insurance (good) they wanted to over charge me 900 dollars citing a deep cleaning and and all these extras that they made over the video Dr. Consultant. They play the waiting game and then are completely scamming you to make more money, that you don't need to spend. Be very cautious as I can assume they must be compensated by up selling. Just don't go there.

Great experience which is greatly appreciated!! Excellent care. David made sure my insurance covered the procedure before any work was even done, Dr Claudia and her Assistant Marco made sure I was comfortable at all times. I Highly recommend this Office!! Honest and compassionate. Rare find in Dentistry ?

There were always issues with appts. even sending me to another office. They didn't send my to both insurances in time to get my refunds!! I asked the Doc Not to use Topical yet he still did ($15 a swab!) no chairside manor. he always gave me hematomas resting on my numb areas. Once he was hurry to dismiss me without flossing the contacts!!! It was so bad it broke the floss & my gum tissue! (a 60 sec fix could have been a huge issue and visit!) cost him an extra pr of gloves and a patient!!! Not one of my phonecalls was ever returned from that office or Corporate! I warn people about this office. I hope they have a new caring dds since.

Hygienist was nice but management tried to charge me 2000 for a deep clean with insurance. Looks like they are just about the Benjamin's $$$ at this dentist. Glad I found a better place down the street for a fraction of the cost.

I have been receiving bills through the mail, email, and text message despite already paying all charges. There is no way to contact the office as they do not have a manager. My wife also went to this practice and was charged for services she did not receive and continues to receive bills as well. I went into the office to let them know about their fraudulent charges, and the front desk staff said he would let corporate know. Nothing has changed and we continue to be spammed daily with past due notices. We will not be returning here and would not recommend anyone else to go here either.
