Clintonville Pediatric Dentistry

We take our now 3 year old to this lovely Dentistry office! She is always a little unsure and shy at first but they make her so comfortable that she forgets quickly how she felt. They make dentist appointments fun and magical for kids. I wish i had this experience as a child. Thanks for all you do! My little one showed everyone her smile afterwords!!

Dr. Jillian is seriously the best. My kiddo is soooo careful with loose teeth and refuses to wiggle them. This was our second time going in to get loose baby teeth pulled (on top of regular cleanings) and she is so kind, careful, and compassionate. My son left saying how much he loves the dentist vs. an hour before the appointment when he was visibly anxious. We’re so lucky to have her (and her amazing team!) in Clintonville!

This experience was exactly (and more) how I hoped a visit to a pediatric dentist would go. It's like they actually understand working with kids and truly do what is best for them. Joanie, our hygienist was incredible with my nervous toddler. She allowed him to get comfortable in the room and play with the toys while she talked to me. She went at his pace, modeled what was going to happen on a toy, and talked him through each step. She gave him choices and put him in control of the visit (as much as possible). She was patient and kind. They have so many tools to try to make kids more comfortable. Dr. Jillian was equally excellent. Explaining what she was going to do, being patient and understanding, while also quick but thorough. They truly know what they are doing here and we will continue to come back for as long as we can! Also-from an administrative standpoint they were upfront with me from the beginning that they were out of network and what the out of pocket cost might be, but also worked with me to give me the codes I would need to be able to check directly with my insurance to get a better idea of the cost. This took extra time from the administrative staff and they were more than willing to do it. I had a clear understanding of what my cost could be despite being out of network. I will gladly continue to bring my child here because of how wonderful everyone was.

Just wow. Every single staff member treated myself and my kids with kindness, respect, and were beyond helpful. I was so impressed with how they helped my toddler feel comfortable and ready for their first dentist appt; taking their time showing her on a toy what they would do, letting her explore and be curious before checking her teeth. Not once did I feel like she was “just another patient” to them. Since then my child has been asking to go back to the dentist, and honestly I wouldn’t mind because everyone was so enjoyable. As we were leaving my toddler began having a tantrum, and I had to push the baby in the stroller—the receptionist jumped right up and did not hesitate helping me bring my kids to the car, despite the 20 degree weather! Really just wonderful around— I absolutely recommend bringing your kids here!
