I could not afford implants so had to do dentures. The Dr Laura said she was the best at dentures. I was told I’d have a full set of dentures it was in writing. I got top and bottom that only work fair then was to go back for the permanent denture not the temporary. When she said we will be making the top and my bottom was my permanent ones. I didn’t know any difference till I went to my regular dentist who said absolutely not. It’s called a temporary flipper. When I addressed the issue I was told they gave me such a discounted deal I should be happy with what I have. That’s fine but why lie about it being permanent. I was just supposed to be thankful for being told wrong information. I wasn’t aloud to ask question without them getting mad and saying I should have been charged more. In my opinion I should have been given the truth from the start. Now a little more a year later the bottom can no longer be fitted or repaired I have to have it remade. The top permanent one still won’t fit I’ve been back to my dentist several times. At clear choice she got so upset for me asking questions she said I don’t trust her and walked out. You’re right I don’t trust when I’m lied to. Also in Dr Laura’s write up after I walked out she said I didn’t receive my permanent denture. Well I did it was in my mouth. I left the temporary on the tray didn’t fit at all. Now think about that she can’t tell the difference between the two that’s really sad. Again another lie in the records. I don’t know how the implants would go a friend recommended me to Clear Choice for implants but she went to a different one. I guess they are not all equal.

This is only a HALF-WAY POINT REVIEW.... which I'll update once things are completed. First, let me say, the staff at this location are TOP NOTCH! They are top line professionals, and kind to the point of shocking. The surgery was absolutely PAINLESS! their follow up is as kind, thoughtful and patient as when they brought you into their surgery. I'M SO EXCITED FOR MY NEW SMILE. Just came from clear choice and doctor Lisa and staff just did an amazing job, again!Look forward to getting my final in a couple of months. Have gotten many compliments ☺️. And don't worry, in the beginning it feels a little different and a little weird, but it does not take long at all, for it to feel completely natural.

The Maitland office has a staff of the best dental team I have ever seen. Their knowledge of the best way to do things is unquestionable and they use the best equipment on the market. All of the staff are kind, pleasant and a joy to be around! I would highly recommend this office to everyone that needs this kind of treatment.
