I chose the center in Chicago due to my job terminal and it was the best choice I’ve made by far. Everybody is extremely nice and accommodating. The doctors and staff all know their job and how to do it well. I am very pleased with everything and greatly appreciate the understanding of my work schedule. Today was my 14 day follow up, and I remain overjoyed that I chose Clear Choice! The staff and doctors are wonderful. Everyone is so warm and sincerely welcoming, it is the best clinical environment I’ve EVER experienced ❤️. I’m almost feeling a little sad that I will be receiving my permanent teeth in December and my visits will be coming to an end ☹️?…talk about mixed emotions.

$56,000 for upper and lower all-on-4s You get excellent service when you're in the sales phase. You get a "rep" that handles your case and walks you through the entire process. They explain the surgery, the prosthesis, the risks, etc. They answered all of my questions completely and were upfront and cordial. Then they got my money and everything became rush rush implant mill. After the surgery appointments were hard to make, often over a month away. Concerns that were raised about the design of my prosthesis were not addressed. I also never saw or heard from my "rep" again after the day I paid. They also failed to fully warn me about the correct aftercare after the twilight anesthesia and recommended that I start protein shakes immediately after surgery, despite taking vicodin and being under anesthesia. This lead to a near complete blockage in my digestive tract a very bad night in the bathroom about five days after the surgery. After that, my problems with cleaning the prosthesis were ignored. I was told that I "just need to practice" and the tech showed me that it was possible to clean by jamming the floss threaders between my prosthesis and gums painfully and I bled all over. They also didn't give me enough pain meds and I had to go back in to get more, and they drip fed me enough to barely tolerate the pain. I didn't pay $56,000 to score Vicodin. You removed all of my teeth surgically (including three wisdoms) and I'm in pain. Now with my last appointment which was an emergency because my temporary screw fillers fall out within a day or two and one of the screws got loose... I was told that the screws were not loose and they put temporary fillers back in, which fell out again. So now with my problems with the appliance unaddressed, and the whole experience and general lack of feeling heard, I'm going to a different place to get them cleaned and potentially fixed, and I'm sure it will cost a lot of money. Don't go here.

I had an appointment today for a consultation at Clear Choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ana in particular was extraordinary! No wait time, responsive answers and a clear cost with no hidden fees. For dental implants the choice is clear!
