Claypool Ronelle DDS

I debated writing this review, but I feel it may help others. I went here a couple years ago and found the staff really warm and friendly (loved that). However, I would 100% advise a second opinion and going with a treatment plan you are comfortable with. I regret some of the work I said yes to. Shortly after working with Dr. Claypool, I began seeing a new dentist who I absolutely love - she took care of my dental work for a quarter of the price and really helped me feel confident about my smile. Dr. Claypool recommended I get more crowns but my new dentist reassured me I didn't need any more. My new dentist continually tells me one of the moments of her career she will never forget is when I told her about all the work Dr. Claypool recommended, as she wanted to put more crowns into my mouth. My new dentist said I did not need more crowns. I definitely regret one of the crowns I got and it makes me self-conscious, especially since it was supposed to close a gap that is now beginning to open up again. I'm not living my life looking back at the past but I regret some of my dental work here and would certainly recommend a second opinion/option to decide what path best for you : )

Literally the best dentist I’ve been to! Dr.Claypool is warm and inviting and truly cares about your best interest. She’s trustworthy and everyone that works at this practice is great. They also have been doing a great job with following the COVID protocol. Definitely recommend!

Could have been a con artist. Literally the first time I'm meeting someone educated that turns your teeth worse than how you brought it. 0 conscience. Cheap. She drilled a lot of unwanted enamel and made my teeth bad. Someone should record this lady's modus operandi and make a show on Netflix. I wonder how she still has a license in spite of doing the same thing to all customers - check yelp and reviews so you run as far as away as you can from her.

I thought I hated the dentist, but Dr. Claypool is making me rethink my assessment. Very honest and upfront. Talks about her recommendations, but I never feel pressured to undergo treatment. Clarifies when there are urgent matters as opposed to things that can wait weeks/years etc. very happy with my care so far.

Awesome dentist! The whole experience was very pleasant. The front desk girl is very polite and so is the dental assistant and dental hygienist. My teeth looked great after the cleaning. I had one cavity before I came to doctor Claypool that she is going to fix. She works with my work schedule and is all around a very good dentist.
