Sy and the crew are phenomenal. The administrative staff is amongst the kindest and most professional you'll find anywhere. Upstate service down in the BX. The Dental assistants are all amazing and fun to chat with while you wait for the Dentists. Awesome Dental office. 10 out of 10.

It is very sad when you try to follow up with an appointment after so long and then you speak on the phone to a representative and it is not a quick easy process like it was before. If you are a returning patient, all of your information should be on file. This lady today made it very complicated. She must be new or something I don’t know. But usually when I call it’s NO problem. So I don’t know why today I was experiencing a problem. People in these service jobs especially when it comes to something as important such as insurance and dental should know what they’re doing and if they don’t, I’ll speak to someone else who does. Hope this doesn’t happen again.

Best Dental office in the entire NYS. Not even because the Docs. The gals up front are the best and the most accommodating. I used to hate coming here, until Sy came in and took over. Now this place is on point! The dental assistants are also freaking awesome. I'd probably come here to chill due to the chill vibe!

With city smiles dental in coop city, I have a positive experience overall. I must give a special shoutout to Bianca at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. She is incredibly friendly, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all customers. Bianca truly enhances the overall visit with her professionalism and care. The dentist and hygienist at the office are also great, providing excellent care and service. While the office can get quite busy due to their stellar team, they do a good job of managing wait times and getting patients in and out efficiently. However, at times, the appointments can feel a bit rushed. Personally, I value quality care over quick appointments and would appreciate a more unhurried approach to my treatment and care plan. With my Invisalign, the 1st scan of my teeth didn't go to well. The girl didn't seem to be too experienced with it. I called after my appointment to express my concerns. And once I received my trays it felt off but the dentist was rushing and I don't think I received the attention this needed. Now, 6 months into the process I had to redo the scan and get a whole new set of trays. I figured this is what was needed from the beginning but my teeth are making some progress in the meantime. I am learning to advocate for myself and ask questions to ensure I receive the proper care I need. Despite this, I had a good experience overall at the dentist office. Bianca's exceptional service truly stood out and made the visit memorable. She is the best!
