Dr. Dana is absolutely amazing!! I've always been anxious about dental visits, but her kindness and patience have completely changed my experience. She truly listens to her patients, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Dr. Dana went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, and her gentle approach has helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. Her staff is equally friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with the care I've received here—I highly recommend Dr. Dana to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety!

I have nothing but praise and compliments to give to Dr. Dana. Dr Dana is an artist with a dental drill. She saved 5 (almost hopeless) front teeth, and did so with artist perfection, beautifully done, impressing her own office staff because they saw the “before & after” teeth and could not believe the level of success and beauty that were restored to all my front teeth. Dr Dana’s office staff is pleasant, efficient, and happy to come to work because of the wonderful work environment that exists there. Dr Dana’s staff is very friendly and personable, which helps bring comfort to the patients during difficult times. Dr Dana employs the latest dental technologies (and resources) that help put a wonderful smile back in your mouth and on your face. I would absolutely recommend giving Dr. Dana and her staff a chance to take care of your dental needs. They truly listen to your needs, concerns, and always make it convenient for you! We actually left a dentist that we have been going to for over 10 years because they got more commercialized and always cared more about getting paid than your overall care. You WONT SEE THAT at City of Lights!

I've been going to city of Lights dental for a few years now Even though I have insurance I was paying out of pocket Because they didn't rush things and took my requests into account. I saw their hygienist Julie many times over the past decade or so. A few years back I went to a different dental office and had a deep cleaning done. I suffered extensive hearing damage And started developing tinnitus And I would hear weird sharp metallic painful noises. I ended up becoming very sensitive to the frequency of the sonic water drill. The hygienist at city of Lights Dental Julie took the time to Clean my teeth without the Sonic drill even though it takes More time. This dental office charges a premium and I was more than happy to pay it when the staff was pleasant to be around and respectful. Unfortunately The hygienist I used to see and a few other staff members working here ended up retiring. The quality of this location Plummeted tremendously and I don't think it's worth any sort of premium. The new hygienist that they hired is really unpleasant to be around And extremely impatient. I've tried seeing her a few times. This last one I requested that she not use a Sonic Cleaner. Mind you all it really does is save time And I'm paying a premium out of pocket. Halfway through the cleaning she whips out the sonic cleaner and says "I'm sorry we need to use this" And starts drilling on the front portion of my teeth without asking for my permission After I explicitly asked it not to be used. My ears are ringing and my tinnitus is incredibly loud. I've been up all night and haven't been able to sleep. It's going to take a few weeks if not a month or two for my tinnitus To even start to calm down. And it's because the staff here doesn't care. They also mixed me up with another patient And they called that patient concerning my appointment and that patient was able to cancel my appointment. They didn't figure it out until I showed up for my appointment wondering why I was canceled without them telling me. They said they texted me this morning and had a full conversation with me. This place used to be pretty good but it's just like every other barely passable dental office now. Completely uncaring of any concerns You might have

I have a serious gag reflex that scares me away from the dentist. I have had multiple dentists over the past few years trying to find one that would accommodate. The staff at City of lights were phenomenal !!! From setting the appointment to actually performing my X-rays they put me at ease and they are now my permanent dentists office !!!
