I’ve been to my share of dental offices in the city, but so far this facility is at the top of my list! Phenomenal customer service, friendly and communicative before you arrive for your visit. Jessica conducted my cleaning and this is no exaggeration; my best cleaning ever!! The doctor had amazing bedside manner and fully explained the work I needed done. I think I’ve found my new dentist!

I’ve been coming to this location multiple times now and I’m beyond pleased with the service. Everyone in this location is kind and they care about their job. I want to give a special thanks to my hygienist Sairah who throughly cleaned every single one of the stains caused by an antiseptic mouthwash I used for a month. She was very caring and walked me through the process. Thank you CitiDental and Sairah my confidence is back! ??✨??

I’ve had nothing but the most positive experience since I started coming here. The regular checkups and orthodontist visits were pretty fast and I don’t usually wait long on bad days.Dr. Rose Katz is the best and is super detailed with her work on you if you are doing Invisalign! I’ve recommended this office to all my friends and colleagues. P.S. The staff are always super nice and friendly, they even send you kind reminders in case you forget.

From the moment you step off the elevator, you are welcome to buy their lovely front desk team. Sat down didn’t even wait. Two minutes before I was called into the operatory room for my cleaning. The doctor addressed all my concerns, and my hygienist was a blessing Definitely will be back in six months💙💙

I made appointment at 9 am. I had discount dental Program and they tried to verify. Then they said they are behind and added me to come at 2 pm. They were rude, Dentist seems not care and one of my friends said their Cleanning procedure was painful. It was such an unpleasant experience and wasted whole morning for nothing . I strongly do nit recommend this facility.
