Alright. I despise going to the dentist. After neglecting my teeth for about a decade in which I didn't have dental insurance, I felt totally overwhelmed by the huge backlog of work that I needed- an implant, pulling a bad root canal, fillings, pretty much everything that could possibly be wrong with a mouth was wrong with my mouth. Dr. Recknagel is the freaking best. I just had my last round of fillings which marked the completion of my dental glow up. This guy knows what the hell he is doing. The bridge that he installed for me looks absolutely gorgeous. He has a light touch with the drill and an impeccable attention to detail. He never made me feel guilty for putting off the work for so long, just came up with a game plan and let me schedule things at my own pace. I really can't recommend him highly enough.

Great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr Recknagel answered all my questions and got me in and out quickly. Five stars without question from my visit.

Dentistry has been a phobia of mine since childhood. I went AS NECESSARY all my long life. A medication started my teeth to crumble and break. I first tried a Dentist since my guy retired. I felt like I was at a used car lot. OMG! I knew the Surgeon I was going to use. Because they were nice, all I received was an eye roll ?. I then mentioned to the surgeons staff, Dr Recknagle. YEP, he’s the one that will take care of the mess you are in. From the time I entered up through yesterday, I feel like I’m visiting friends. Jennifer the young lady at the desk for her age is VERY professional. Sharon the office manager has been in the business many years and most of all, knows how to get EVERY DIME from any insurance you have. Once seated, his staff of young women (sorry for any pronoun errors) makes me relaxed. From day one the initial Consult, I know what’s going to take place. Sadly, due to a medication wrongly prescribed by my Primary physician, part of the issue with a percentage of patients, it kills the roots of your teeth. Was able to save 5 lowers on the bottom. All my uppers had to go, all but 5 on the bottom. Dr R pulled no punches. It’s going to take a year?‍?. A surgeon will remove all but the five lowers. We then will make a set of uppers, most will not know they are not your teeth. Called Healing dentures and another name he calls them. They will mold your gums and bone to get the very best fit of your “Standard” dentures. I chose not to do any implants due to my age 75 and the medication that destroyed my teeth is never ending with bones, tendons etc. So a few implants to hold my Dentures made little sense as they may come out in a year or two. If I were young and in good health, I would have done something different, DR N Agreed. I got a partial on bottom. Adjusted yesterday when I got my first alignment “pudding” to make my healing dentures fit nicely. I ate a McDonald’s Bacon & Egg McGriddle a bite at a time this morning. To end my Novell which I’m known for as well as talking a great deal. If you want a NO NONSENSE Dentist that from what I can tell is non stop Learning new technology to help with your teeth. Couple things and I’ll stop. TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH, no matter. Losing them all is not pleasant. Although, it’s getting better daily. 2nd, Trust this Doc AND his amazing staff, from front desk to whatever you need. I’ve had many Dentists over my long life. Only two that get 5 stars. One that put my mouth and teeth back to working after getting my face smashed in an auto accident as a teenager and Dr Recknagle and his AMAZING staff. 5.5 out of 5 stars. Great people, They probably talk about me when I leave, but that’s okay. TRUST THEM

Dr. Recknagel has been my dentist for over 8 years now. Him and his staff are very kind and professional. I had my braces work done there and it keeps me smiling everyday. Would recommend!

My family always gets excellent care here. The staff is friendly and Dr. Recknagel provides a realistic approach to dentistry; I never feel like I’m receiving treatment that I don’t need which is extremely important to me.
