Childrens Dentistry: Cole Jay Q DDS

We really liked Children's Dentistry and trusted them taking care of my childrens teeth at first. However, we started taking my youngest to them and they charged us two exams (when the full exam was done on the first visit). Knowing that our insurance only covered the one exam, - we had them look at all his teeth to get a dental plan together (because we knew he had a few cavities). We scheduled his cleaning after all his cavities were filled and that's when they charged us a 2nd exam. The Cheyenne office wouldn't even work with us on the second exam and basically double charged us per their procedure. Feeling disappointed in the fact that we just dumped over $400 (out of pocket) in dental work and they couldn't take off 2nd exam or take at least half off. I wish I would've known this before we gave them so much money. I normally don't write reviews but I'm disappointed in their office after years of business.

Children’s Dentistry in Laramie is such a wonderful place to be. Dr. A and Tessa at the front desk are such kind people. When ever me and my family go to the Detistry ( witch is twice a year) we are always welcomed by the staff.

Kids are always in good spirit when leaving. Staff try their best to make it a pleasurable experience.
