They do a great job accommodating kids with behavior issues. Staff is super patient and attentive, also very quick, which helps when kids don't care much for dentists, so it doesn't stress them out. Love this office!

I booked the quiet room for my child's dental work and the office called me the day of the appointment to relay that the room's machinery was down. I waited a month for the rescheduled appointment and was called again saying that the machinery is down. After all of this, and allowing my nervous child to get this twice scheduled care in the open area, my family was subjected to loud and offensive language from the woman said she is the manager. This abhorrent behavior was the nail in the coffin. Awful experience overall. We will not be back.

I walked in the practice with my three kids at 4pm. My three kids were called a little after 4pm and they were done at 4 40pm. Can you understand that one hygienist cleaned my three kids that fast after taking x rays? Not to mention two teenage girls were wearing braces. They told me that their teeth were not flossed well when we got in the car. I went back inside the office to ask the hygienist what happened. A woman, not the receptionist told me she is the manager and said the hygienist was with a patient. So I explained the manager what my girls felt. Long story short, She kept yelling at me. I didn't like the fact she kept yelling at me while my kids were with me. I got to talk to the hygienist indeed. I don't blame the hygienist. I feel sorry for her. I bet she couldn't have a break having patients back to back. We never had a problem before. I used this place for my four kids for a long time. One of them is grown-up now. They should call me to reschedule if there's only one hygienist working.

Wonderful office! My child has had bad dental experiences in the past which made finding a new office quite stressful. After lots of searching around one of my friends whose child also goes here suggested we try this place. I am so glad we did because he absolutely loved it! The staff that worked with him made him feel so welcome and comfortable. My son was seen by Dr. Sotelo who was super friendly. After his cleaning he was walked out to me by Kirstin who introduced herself as one of the assistants. She thoroughly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I am so grateful to have found this office and would definitely recommend to anyone with children!!

My children see everyone at this fabulous practice! Everyone is exceptionally kind and wonderful with kids! They are patient and friendly and professional. Today we saw Dr. Sotelo, Dawn and Kirstin. They all made my kids feel confident and happy to be at the dentist! My special needs son, who was very scared when he was younger, is now happy and confident when seeing the dentist because of their patience and excellent rapport! We are so grateful for Children’s Dental Center!
