My Daughter enjoys coming to children’s happy teeth. She says they make her feel safe and she isn’t scared because they are making her teeth happy. As a parent bringing my daughter to this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make sure to explain any treatment that needs to be done. We will continue to come here and will recommend to my mom friends. Thank you ?

Kids loved this office friendly and helpful staff . My sons liked that they had games to play with before treatment and that they explained everything to them before they started anything.

I am writing as a deeply concerned parent regarding the treatment and communication failures that occurred during my daughter’s recent dental care. My experience has left me frustrated and disappointed with the quality of service provided by your office. To provide context: • My daughter’s crown, which was originally placed at your office, fell off. Due to scheduling delays on your end, her appointment was rescheduled twice because the replacement crown was not in stock. • At no point during this time did the first doctor (a female provider) inform me that delays could result in worsening issues, including the possibility of an extraction. If I had been informed, I would have either pushed harder for an immediate appointment or sought care at another location. When my daughter was finally seen: 1. The second doctor recommended extracting the tooth and placing a spacer to avoid future infection. However, my mother attended this appointment, and critical details were not communicated to me. 2. Specifically, I was not informed that the spacer would be silver. I had requested white for her previous crown, so seeing the unexpected silver in her mouth was shocking and upsetting. This lack of transparency added insult to injury. For over three years, I have entrusted my daughter’s care to your office, but the communication since her crown fell off has been nothing short of negligent. I cannot understand how such a crucial issue—one with long-term implications for her dental health and appearance—was handled with so little regard for clear, proactive communication with me as her parent. I expect a formal explanation for these lapses in care and communication. Specifically: • Why was the potential consequence of delay (extraction) not communicated earlier? • Why was I not informed about the color limitations of the spacer before the procedure? • What steps are being taken to ensure such communication failures do not happen again? This experience has left me questioning whether I can continue bringing my child to your office. I am owed not only answers but also assurances that your practice will prioritize better communication with parents moving forward.

Dr. Kim and Lisa were great! My 6 year old had to get his first filling and they were amazing with him. They walked both him and i through it and I’m sure if he ever needs another filling (hopefully not) he will be fine! Thank you ladies!!!
