Children's Dentistry of East Greenwich

I had to have emergency open heart surgery and an emergency hospital stay resulting in two missed appointments over the course of 3 years and they refuse to see either of my children now even though one only missed the two appts and my daughter missed one of them which was booked as a double appt for them to be seen together. 2 appointments over 3 years due to emergency open heart surgery and I can’t find a dentist that takes our insurance now. Refused to call me back to even speak about it. What an awful place to not consider emergency events! Not sure what they wanted me to do when I was laid up in a hospital bed with a broken chest and tubes coming out of it.

My son was supposed to have a tooth extraction, I lost in my phone the appt date, I called the office and left 7 messages to find out the appt date. Took weeks to get a call back and in the nean time missed the appointment and was let go as a patient after 9 years!!! Just so awful!!!

Unfortunately after seven years we will not return. Front desk staff has I guess had a turn over. Not the same kind and courteous people I am used to speaking to. Also unfortunate it's not important enough for the Dr. to return patients phone calls. ?
