Children’s Dentistry Group is a great office to bring your child in if he/she deals with any special behavioral needs. The doctors are well trained, and are experts with treating children and making them feel comfortable. The ladies at the front are also helpful with any insurance questions! Definitely recommend.

Honestly, incredible place. They were beyond wonderful with my four year old. She’s not the best patient lol but they made her feel comfortable, and got the job done. I had to step out for the cleaning, bc my presence wasn’t helping my daughter and I expected crying or screaming but nope. The nurse nurse got her to do everything without a fuss!! Incredible, cannot recommend this place enough!

Great staff! It was our first dentist visit and it went without any issues. Staff is super friendly and great with kids! The doctor explained everything and went over all details. We’re excited to come back in 6 months!

I am extremely disappointed in this practice. My older child has been going there for 10 years, their practice was close to my house and my daughter didn’t have any major dental problems. They did fine with cleanings and couple filling she had done in the 10 years she has been their patient. Unfortunately, my younger child has hereditary dental issues which are more complicated than the semi annual cleaning appointments. He was seeing one of their dentist during the first year and when the dentist left their practice nobody bothered to notify us . His last 4 visits were with 4 different dentists! I have noticed they have a high stuff turnover which tells you a lot about a business! My son had to have his fillings done under anesthesia which we ended up doing somewhere else because we couldn’t get a quote for this kind of procedure up front ( thousands of dollars ). Due to my son’s grinding and the location of the filling, his front tooth chipped , we were advised by one of their dentists to shave the tooth to make it look smoother and leave it as is without a new filling because it is very likely that it will chip again so that is what we did. Few months later he gets a very bad toothache at that exact tooth - I couldn’t get a treatment appointment for couple of days because they were booked and couldn’t squeeze him in . He was in excruciating pain and they told me to get over the counter medication to ease his pain until they are finally ready to take him in. My son ended up with a new filling because the shaved tooth was too thin ( perhaps that could have been avoided if we did a new filling right away instead of shaving it and making it even thinner ?) . At that point we were talking about switching dentists, but I tried to be loyal and decided to stay with the practice. Couple weeks ago we had to go in again - same tooth got infected . A new dentist that I have never seen before said we needed to pull all 4 of his front teeth because eventually all 4 of them will get infected . 4 teeth - that is a lot and clearly we were overwhelmed when we heard that . We decided we wanted to go with antibiotics for now and see how his tooth responds. I scheduled an extraction appointment for the following month anyway - I was told if I don’t do it today I might have to wait for a long time for another appointment because they are soooo booked. I asked the dentist why couldn’t we do a root canal since his adult teeth wouldn’t come out for next 2 years and the idea of my child not having 4 front teeth for that long was very stressful . I was informed baby teeth root canal procedures are not done in the USA, which is an untruthful statement! Few days later I get a letter from Children’s Dentistry “ we are writing to inform you that we are withdrawing from rendering further professional attendance to your children’s dental needs. All of your appointments have been cancelled”. No explanation! My daughter had an appointment in few days , scheduled 7 months earlier, it was canceled without a simple courtesy call . 10 years with this practice and this is the treatment we got.
